Yes his voice is much clearer and more polite than Phil's. Shows what a good actor he is. I do remember when Phil was the nicer one of the Mitchell brothers before they demonised him.
His voice here is what it was like in the 90s shows how good of an actor he is that he can change his voice.

What an intelligent and humorous man. I feel like the last half of this clip should be spread everywhere, and played before and after every episode to remind people that Eastenders - and every other thing on TV that isn't a documentary/docu series or the news - is just pretend. The actors aren't the characters, the characters aren't real. I wish that they'd drop all of the issue storylines and just have some wild fun with the characters.
well he did actually say in a recent interview that he will never tire of playing phil because there's so many different sides to him, and he's meant to hit the bottle again next month which will be good :L

Sadly the writers of Eastenders STILL insist on writing rubbish and spoil it for great actors and the viewers by making them 'public information films'. The same with Corrie and Emmerdale. I threw my tv out and stopped watching it all. Shame, because they were interesting and entertaining at one time. Not entertainment now. Not even soaps, they are political soap boxes and boring (never mind violent).
EastEnders is now nothing more than gay propaganda with a few side storylines

Horrible man he is worse in real life than he is playing Phil Mitchell, iv'e met him a few times in Marks and Spencer and he was so rude to all the staff.
I have heard lots of bad things about him, dogging, womanising, etc. And getting into fights like Phil does. He will come across as "nice as pie" in interviews. I met Ross Kemp once.
