I don't know if this extends to others from the Galaxy S10 lineup, but I have tried this with my S10e in the latest build and GPay didn't work. Even after PlayIntegrityFix, Zygisk, MagiskHide and all that it wouldn't work.
Installed LineageOS and everything is fine. Read somewhere that the ROM build must be signed, and guess that PixelOS isn't.
