The Eutaw Springs battle field is about 4 miles from Francis Marion’s plantation Pond Bluff. It would be East-Northeast from that location out in the lake

@@LakeHubTV yessir! We made a catfish tournament team and named the team the ugly kats ... And the logo is a ugly blue Catfish ... And the logo and lettering is red and black because we only use ugly stik rods.. I wanted to name the boat the catfish crusher or catfish crusader... Or something along those lines lol

One question. I'm from Washington state, so our lakes look different. But, I was at Santee State Park and looking out at the lake, I noticed the lake looked tan in color towards the other side. Why does it look tan?

Muddy or silty bottom does that, probably was a shallow area
