Took me damn near 50 because of some bug that occurred my whole playthrough
it took me 50 hours cause i played around 10-15 hours on my friends playthrough then with my uncle then mine
It took me 67 hours to complete it on my first playthrough. 26 is kinda nuts I think you didn't do side qusets right?

Now I understand what desthwarp is. It's a way to fast travel basically. Like in the first game where If you had a mission selected and you quit to the main menu and then hit continue it would load you to where you wanted to go

Goddamn took me 40 hours for my first playthrough. I may try speedrunning or just aiming to complete the game in a certain time. Just need to learn some useful glitches. Good shit my guy!

I kinda wish the grappling hook still worked like how it did in the first game. But at the same time it makes sense for them to work different in each game

@@spiceetelevision well in the first game the way it worked made sense cause there wasn't allot of skyscraper like buildings to swing so having it pull you to where you aimed it made sense. In this game there are allot of places you can swing from plus you can upgrade it to make it useful in fights

If they kept this tip in Dying Light 2 from Dying Light, then what you can do when dealing with lock picking is remembering how many times you can pick a lock until it breaks, so before it breaks, back out of lock picking, and try again. This should save you from crafting lock picks.

i reach lost sight mission 15 - 16 hours play time. done tons of side mission etc. but, my save file is corrupted. so i delete the game, now come to see what happens at end.

just run, attack and jump. if you do it perfectly it doesnt use stamina. its only faster before you get the first inhib
How do you practice each section if you can't game save each part?
on pc you can actually replace saves in the save folder to go to certain missions for practice

@@indarknessishine you have to go to your save folder. from your steam folder its steam > userdata > your steam id > 534380 > remote > out > save. there is a practice save pack in the dying light speedrun discord, you just replace save_main_0 with a save and restart your game and it should be there

in the beginning it teleports hakon to the end of his pathing so we dont have to wait for him

Does this speedrun apply to 'glitchless' category? I mean you're teleporting across the whole map that's why I'm asking.
technically yes. the deathwarping thing is a mechanic the devs added with a patch

macro that spams spacebar. we are allowing it for runs since they is an insane amount of dialogue
@@spiceetelevision Exactly what I needed to know, was a big proponent to how you finished Prologue so fast, was baffled with the timing, is it a "hold down" macro or a time activated?

I mean to be honest with u.... even dl1 had a bad story.....
Games like these shine thru gamplay... story is for the 1% most people will play for fun.... imagine if they focused on gameplay and didn't do a story like minecraft..... this game would be amazing
