    Repeat x 3; 1 minute on each, 30 seconds rest after each.
    ➡️Jog on the spot
    ➡️ Heisman
    ➡️ On the spot ice skaters
    ➡️ Jumping jacks
    ➡️ Press ups (full or 3/4)
    ➡️ Mountain climbers
    ➡️ Plyometric lunges
    ➡️ Squat jumps
    ➡️ Up down planks
    ➡️ Jog it
    Rest for 5 minutes then start again 🤙
