Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon Race Review

Chatting about my experience at the iconic Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon race. I took part in June 2022, and I'm giving an overview of how I entered, and how the whole experience was for me.
Just to quickly flag if you don't already know about my story, I went off the boat after the pros because I have epilepsy and the race organisers wanted to make sure I was safe. They were incredible!

Hey! So there are so many paddle boarders/kayaks on the water that are on both sides of where you swim. Just keep sighting so you're staying on track. Incorporate crocodile eyes. It's basically about staying on course, so sighting is your best friend. You're gonna be ace!
