VCC-Clark is on the Millennium Line but why is there a train bound for VCC-Clark on the Expo line???

@@somerandomguy1828 They very very rarely send Production Way-bound trains to VCC-Clark when there's some sort of delay on the Expo Line. They do this to help ease train volumes, as delays cause trains to run too closely behind one another.
