Atlas Install Prep(Drone View)

Check out these drone views of the Atlas rocket and keep an eye here for more of the installation. Plans call for the rocket to be raised into final position on Monday April 29th and the Missile Gallery will be closed for the day. #spacegeek #timelapse #atlas
This will represent the launch vehicle for USAF Maj Gordon Cooper's Mercury-Atlas 9 mission on May 15-16, 1963.

That’s great. I hope, and it would appear, this Atlas has added some internal structure so that it is self standing, unlike the Atlas that was in front of the museum in the early 80s when I was there, arriving one morning to the side sight of it crumpled over limp di-k because it was not self supporting, depending on fuel on board, or an air pump running perpetually, and the air pump had quit.

Could you guys do a close up of the Tacit Rainbow? I've never seen any close ups of it outside the one wikipedia photo
