Fabulous Pizza Dough! (Only 2 ingredients)
    1 1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour & 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    (Makes 12 inch pizza)
3 cups Self-Rising Flour & 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
    (Makes 16 inch pizza)
    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Pour the self-rising flour into the bowl of a stand mixer with a
dough hook attachment. Turn the mixer on low and slowly add in the greek yogurt. Let it kneed for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the dough forms into a ball. If the dough is sticky, add a pinch of self-rising flour, a little at a time, until it forms into a ball. Then take the dough out of the stand mixer bowl, sprinkle with a little bit of self-rising flour and form into a ball. Place the dough ball in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and set aside for about 15 minutes to rise.
    3. In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil and cook onions and mushrooms until tender. Then remove from heat and set aside.Spray a pizza baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Then place the dough ball on the pan. Shape and spread it out with your hands leaving a small ridge around the edge.
    4. Pour pizza sauce on the dough and spread evenly with a spoon up to the small ridge around the edge, and sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Then on half of the pizza, add the onions, mushrooms and pepperoni slices, and the other half add the pineapple and Canadian bacon. Sprinkle the entire pizza with the remaining 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese. Then on half of the pizza top with more pepperoni slices and the other half top with more Canadian bacon.
    5. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pizza crust is golden brown. Then let it cool, slice and serve!

I stumbled upon this dough recipe before this video it works great! Par bake the dough a little bit to get a crispier bottom. And I give the edges a quick egg wash after the park bake with a splash of garlic powder for more flavor and it comes up perfect golden brown.

Tip for adding the yogurt with the paddle is put the yogurt in a zip lock bag and cut the corner. You can easy direct where the yogurt hits the flour/dough. When you're done, just toss the bag, no muss, no fuss, no mess!
You can flavor the dough by adding another 1/2 cup of flour and add 3-4oz of a strong beer. It gives you a slightly fermented taste!

I watched this a couple times over the last three weeks. I finally got to try it tonight. I made pizza by utilizing leftovers from the last couple days. Bacon and grilled chicken over a basil pesto Alfredo sauce. Turned out phenomenal, although I'd recommend adding the sugar to the flour prior to mixing in the yogurt...as I could tell there was a Greek yogurt component to it.
After I ate, I was wondering about the Shotgun Red part. I used to watch The Ralph Emery show TNN(I think) every Saturday night with my grandparents, right before the Statler Brothers came on, I believe. Some of the best memories I've had, Steve is a part of because I loved Shotgun Red! I was young back then, and I definitely miss those days.

Cut the tip off the corner, squeeze out one inch of the dough and clip with scissors into a few inches of preheated oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes until desired golden color is achieved. This dough also works great for a lot of other things too! Y roll it out thin and cook it on a flat top until it’s browned for a quick flatbread! Also you can do pretzels, bagels, and turnover dough by adding some egg wash! For the pretzels you’ll also need to put sea salt on top and par-boil them in a baking soda solution, and for any of these you can mix in any flavorings you like! I like to put garlic and herbs in if I’m doing flatbreads, and I’ll put everything seasoning on top if I’m doing bagels. This really is a versatile dough!

I baked on 500° for 15 mins...after it came out of the oven, I brushed the crust with melted butter that I had mixed garlic powder, and basil in...came perfect! Was a hit with the family, what a cheap way to have amazing pizza at home! Initially I used a spatula to mix the ingredients together, then to finish off I used my hands. (It may be sticky, so have a 1/2 cup of flour nearby and add a little at a time to get a smooth dough ball). Also, you can take the sticky dough ball out if the bowl and finish it on a large wooden cutting board till it's smooth. Then cover it and let it ride for 15 minutes. All the best.
