Thanks for the great tip. Tried Appetito tonight when looking for a quick bite. 15 minute walk from our hotel and the pizza was really good.

I found my carb load place for the Great Aloha Run 2022!! We usually stay at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, so it’s so easy to get to Appetito! Mahalo!!

Everything truly looked good! I'm especially curious about the Portobello fries. That steak also looked very good! Here's a true story....one of our favorite party appetizers is a plate of Stacy's pita chips, smoked salmon cut into small squares, and whipped cream cheese! We should have patented it!

@@AmandaFelixEats Well, had to throw that in because you probably paid a nice price for your appetizer. Pro tip: Don Quijote sells scrap smoked salmon for cheap in the fish section. You can also chop up the salmon and mix with whipped cream cheese for a dip.
The Italian word for appetizers is antipasto (singular) or antipasti (plural)....I think.
Oooooooohhh, pappardelle! I'm a total pushover for all the Italian pastas, but pappardelle is, hands down, my favorite. And, y'all doing the fork twirl without the "spoon assist"? That's just boss, right there! Bravissimo!

The menu is amazing here. I don't like Italian food(too much tomato) but this is a place I could go with family and totally enjoy a great dinner. I would have them suggest a wine with what I order. I have always thought the Waikiki restaurants as "generic" catering to tourists but I have learned a lot from watching your presentations. Thank you.

Pizza and pasta looked really ono. Looked very similar to what I had in Italy. Just an FYI, I also took a cooking class while in Italy. When I explained the Chicago style pizza to the instructor, the look on her face was priceless. "That's not pizza!"

HELLO there Amanda & Felix, next time in Central Oahu area, checkout the Pearl Highlands Food Court. My favorites are Chinese Food at Ming's, we always get mini combo of Roast Pork with choice of char sui, roast chicken or roast duck. My favorite is the Pork with Ong Choi.
Also for Filipino foods my choice is Pampanga Kitchen, the best Bilo Bilo, it's a warm dessert with purple potato, mochi balls, tapioca and I think sometimes, some jackfruit. So delicious, but you gotta reserve early, they always run out. I hope I can meet up with you all, have some practical gifts for your outings. Lmk, dm me and we can meet up, maybe in the Pearl Highlands area. Love your vlogging. Keep up the great job of letting the Foodie Ohana aware of all the local gems.

I think pizza I don’t think Hawaii! Even though people don’t think Cali think pizza even though our claim to fame is bbq chicken pizza! When we come to Hawaii somewhere in the middle of vacation the plate lunch wall hits us. Good pizza would be a nice change of pace. Appetite sounds like a great place to change it up! Just had dinner here. Food is awesome. Problem: parking. The Ohana hotel parking attendant to park after going through a doggie door.
- really tight. If you drive a large car, you have a good chance to scratch. Also with the parking validation, you still need to pay $6 using credit card. No cash accepted. We passed about 10 minutes after 1 hour. It is better to walk. Service was good.
