Hey Neil As a marketer, I absolutely LOVE your stuff and learnt so much from you... From everything you said in the video there is one question I have regarding social proof and a particular situation I'm in... Right now I'm helping a holistic therapist with a lead generation campaign using FB ads, landing pages in my funnel builder and email sequences using active campaign. But I feel my hands are tied regarding how much social proof I can leverage... He does a combination of acupuncture, bowen therapy and other manual therapy. The FB campaign just launched less than 24 hrs ago and have 3 leads already on a small ad spend (and we're still split testing ad sets and ads) but I know it can be improved with more social proof especially on the landing page. He has lots of fantastic reviews online in FB and GMB for social proof but here's the problem... We're in Australia and the governing body for health professionals here (APHRA) won't allow testimonials or case studies in ads or landing pages - they say it has no clinical proof. Bit tricky... Text or video testimonials, case studies and screenshots of online directory reviews are usually my go-to for social proof but I can't do it for this campaign. Instead, I have referred to facts such as years of experience and how many thousands of patients he has had over the years, qualifications, years in business and also that he runs workshops for other therapists teaching them advanced techniques. Any other ideas you would suggest for social proof in this case?
I would get involved in social groups to reach your audience! Facebook is pushing for Groups right now so that may be a good option for you to think about. Since promoting isn't an option for you, you're going to need a completely organic social approach. You can try working with influencers in the space and have them post your content to their followers.

I built his website, and started to run ads on his IG page to drive to people to his website. What I really need is a solid landing page - I want to capture names/emails so what's the best setup you recommend here? Maybe a short video addressing all the problems, pain points and struggles that wealth clients have and how he can solve them? Is that a strong enough value prop? Question. I’m trying to think of the best option for a landing page for a flooring store. I was thinking if the give us there contact information we can schedule a time to come out and measure their floor space for free and we will bring a free liquid carpet stain remover with no obligation to purchase their flooring from us. This gets us in front of the customer quickly and hopefully encourages them to go to our showroom. Measurements have to be done before we can order the flooring anyway and we can quickly give them our pricing since measurements will be out of the way.
