"Dreams are not what you see while sleeping, dreams are what keep you up at night," says Dr. Abdul Bari Khan, founder and CEO of The Indus Hospital - whose dream to create a free-of-cost healthcare facility began at the start of his medical career in 1987.

I know a rickshaw driver who can get paralyzed if he doesn’t get a spine surgery done ASAP. Indus hospital has declined to perform this common surgery. If Indus is operational for 14 years and is boasting about itself, then why not this surgery Please clarify.
