- Today we're building a SIMPLE roost for our chickens! Will they use it? On a side note. It was so windy last night that it blew my greenhouse door off the hinges!

That's good you missed that appointment. Do some research on the effects of over v@xing dogs...pets. I have had so many dogs with tumors and problems related to over v@xing. Rabies should not be every year...it is every THREE years, and then only if needed. They can check TITERS too, which should always be done if possible in place of injecting. And a small amount of time researching the sham that virology is, will reveal much, and of course bring more questions :) I come from a veterinary background as well as research. There's a lot to unpack, but I would research carefully before deciding to inject anything, especially now that they ALL contain em are en a's...I apologize for the code. It is what it is.
Be blessed and what a beautiful place and family and critters ya'll have :)
Thanks for the comment! I truthfully just want a wellness check and a rabies shot. (they have never had one). Maple hasn't seemed to hold onto her weight like fig has and i'm not entirely sure if its because of her specific genetics or what (They are littermates). So its really more for peace of mind then anything. We don't vaccinate any of our farm animals, no antibiotics, etc.
@@mountainspringhomestead Oh, gotcha...that is good and establishing a baseline now is very good thinking. I'm a new subscriber and haven't familiarized myself yet with your channel but sounds like a wonderful homestead and ya'll have a true vision of health for the whole family, critters included, and that is good to see :) I hope the best for ya'll and look forward to more homestead adventures! :) Be blessed :)
