Moved form IL to TX. I would tell all my Texan friends about Chi Chi’s and they would not stop laughing at me. Finally, a friend told me that Chi Chi’s boobies 😂 So here I was the whole time raving about Chi Chi’s. “Oh my gosh guys!! I love Chi Chi’s!!” 🤦🏻‍♀️
PS The fried ice cream was amazing there.
