You can do best wheelie in the world but you still look like a tit if you don't wear a helmet. I just don't get why it's so hard for some of them to wear basic protection, the human body can't take hits much more than 20mph without damage.

You are the people who are messing it up for the rest of us. I have an Ultra Bee and I have never been bothered by the police because I am not stunting down city roads with no protective equipment on. Mind you, I am an actual dirt bike rider and motorcyclist and an adult so there is that.
I was trail riding in city limits with my ultra bee properly kitted out. The police were there investigating some vandalism. They stopped me and just asked some questions about the bike. I was staying away from the well travelled areas and slowing down and being respectful of walkers and cyclists. The cops don't care what you are up to if you aren't behaving like an entitled hooligan.
Also, incessant wheelies on an electric bike is lame. Can you actually ride the thing???
