Rhett bring so impressed by a food handler’s card is the funniest thing to me cause literally every person that works in any kind of food or food-adjacent business (in my experience, jamba juice lmao) has to take the little online course to get one of those.

The canned chicken both disgusted/ intrigued me the fact it held up almost perfectly is insane
They sterilize it right as sealed, yeah it's crazy still nothing happened to it, probably not all of em would hold up that well but I guess sometimes 99.9% actually does the trick lol

I don't think they fully understand how toxic botulism is. The human LD50 for inhalation botulism is 1 to 3 nanograms of toxin/kilogram body mass. This is consider the must toxic substance we currently know of.
Also it causes canned food to become foamy and they were saying that the chicken had foam..

I remember lots of canned things coming with those keys, in like the 90s. Canned ham, corned beef hash, etc. They probably stopped using them because the part you "keyed" away could leak if the can was compressed because those areas are weaker than the surrounding can.

I was working as a category manager in a supermarket sometime back and i got a sample of a canned whole chicken product that was literally made that day. It looked EXACTLY like that.
