I'm unlikely to be able to afford an £8 million house in London, but if I were this is not the one for me. They've taken a beautiful Georgian townhouse and stripped all the character from it to create a strange, choppy floorplan. I like your presentation style, but that was absolutely the best thing going on here.
I must say, I'm not really impressed with these egregiously over-priced properties in London, but you've got a great channel, Toby. Well-presented, classy, and edited nicely. The channel should blow up quite soon.
Now i'am very poor and i live in a small villege but one i will live this taype of house in london. This house is the best inspiration for me to be successful in life😢❤
Location lol in Surrey you can get an estate for 8 million. Places like Mayfair, Knightsbridge and even Notting Hill you're basically paying for location above everything else. In South Bank & Canary you can get a very nice upper level penthouse for 8 million but the people who purchase these homes understand that they're paying for the location & will most likely change everything or just hold it as an investment piece😂
@@umealvi5887 Right, those properties are typically for people with money to f*ck off that most likely won't even leave it as it is. They're paying for location and then will spend another 6-7 figures re-doing the entire place
Your attention to every little detail in the property is very impressive. The guys on that Nestseekers show Crazy Rich Agents could learn a thing or three from you.
Beautiful, but at 8 mill, I would need a proper security system with solid doors to the outside before I get an automated fridge or a Georgetti arm chair?
When it comes to these types of lived in properties is it just the rich owners showing off their wealth and fancy interiors? Or are these properties on sale/rent or something?
Why does he talk about the owners $15k furniture? Does the house include it or was it just a distraction on how horrendous this house really is with the missed place furniture and odd outdoor access.
@TobyCorban I must say, you tried hard on this home. But you were not impressed with it. After a fridge that closes its self there really was nothing left 😅
Sure its a nice place, but I am more interested to know who can afford these types of places?? Most doctors or lawyers, even mid to high level city workers wouldn't be living in 8m+ houses.
It's not bad, a little bit too modern and sleek for with entirely too much cookie cutter marble, but I REALLY don't care for downstairs bedrooms. I find that claustrophobic and weird and unsafe for some strange reason. I just don't like that. the bedrooms, ALL of thtm, should be upstairs. I'd make the downstairs, a media room, or nanny's room and live in assistant's bedrooms.
Too modern. Also, marble on a bathroom floor is a slip and fall waiting to happen. I see that and all I think is "brain injury". I was also uncertain how much storage the kitchen had. For 8 million, I'd expect a lot of kitchen storage space.
You're salty and cannot handle it, and your comment is all ENVY and bitterness 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂 you will NEVER be able to live this life for the next 15 lifetimes and that makes you so mad 🤡🤡🤣🤣🤣🤣
I glad you made that comment, I though I was the only one who thought that.....I in Australia, we are only ( European ) 200 years old, so not many old homes, what few we have ( and they are small ) the Govt tries to preserve - but you can make some changes, so people keep the front of the house ,then put this very Lange modem addition on the back. It never works and looks positively UGLY.
Clever architects creating as much space as possible with great vision and high quality finishes …..This is London I know but £8M is pushing it a bit…. Perhaps £6.5M ….??
It sold for £3,475,000 in 2019 and the owners want £8,500,000 in 2023 - they're dreaming! They haven't even changed much since they bought it. They'll be lucky to get £6,000,000 - very underwhelming decor for that price tag (a metric tonne of marble does not = attractive interior design) that would need a re-do, especially to that top bedroom - that costs £x00,000s. Having a look at other 4 bed terraces in W11 that have sold in 2023-4 for less - definitely overpriced (if you have the change - which I don't!)!
Staircase is spectacular. Looks like someone just dumped furniture in the front lounge……. Ok…this looks so,overpriced….the bedrooms are tiny and there is no tub in the primary bathroom. Also….where is the lift?
I can buy a palace for 8 million pounds in my country and still have money leftover for retirement. Nobody will cut my hand with a knife, no oil protestors and probably have more eminities and people will be more respectful to me and fear me. Writing this from Pakistan Capital which is 2nd most beautiful and probably one of the safest cities in the world. 8 million is too much man. I currently live in bigger and much more beautiful house than this and also have a 2 car parking. London is a joke.
I have to say, for $10M USD or $13M Canadian dollars this is a joke. Overpriced for what one gets, and really quite ugly, no land or garden. Unbelievable what ppl in London will pay for nothing... ugh. Thank God there's better places to live and get far far more for that kind of $$$

Ah yes, Notting Hill. Once a year the entire community turns up and widdles on your doorstep.

I don't know how these agents say that the bedrooms are spacious with a straight face 😄
I really like your slower more casual narration. A more gentle relaxed style is very effective. Congrats.
I’ve seen some strange homes, but this one is downright weird.
I thought it was me. It's bizarre.
Why would the backyard be accessed through a guest bedroom? That's just strange.
£8,000,000 can’t get my head around it…

@@hakshustletv I understand it’s about location and it’s the Central district of London..but that is a staggering rate only a billionaire can afford
@hakshustletv can't see the Notting Hill Carnival from Canary Wharf 😅

Why do they take these historical homes and decorate in ultramodern?!?!!
Whoever pays 8 million for that needs there bloody head looking at
Although it's missing a proper garden, its a beautiful house - more aesthetically pleasing than the black townhouse you toured
This was lovely. Very tastefully designed.
Cool cool property and so professionally produced 💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻
this is the most beautiful townhouse you toured in my opinion, beautiful interiors and spaces. perfect
Wow that green vase in kitchen 😮 I love it
It is really nice.
I am amazed.
Many thanks Toby. Great tour
You really mastered Enes Yilmazer way of presenting and showcasing.🤣
Love it.
Great video again Toby
Very nice townhouse with beautiful interiors and spaces..but over-priced.
Toby, for my knowledge what is the material of window frames?
No parking space
What’s that chunk of flat travertine/marble hanging off the front of the sink - and the dining seating for 10? Is it snowwhite and the 7 dwarfs
Wow!
Fabulous 💕
Love it! Presentation was good as well.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
BREATHTAKING! I LOVE IT
Love it
Lovely place!
seating for 10 what? surly not 10 people🤣🤣
Nottinghill Carnival 🎡 in the next street 😂 Board up your houses every August

No ensuite for the top floor bedroom?
I saw you yesterday, great content
Thanks! appreciate you watching

Do you call the master bedroom the primary bedroom because master is a no no these days ?
"Primary bedroom" because it sounds delightful!

There’s nothing industrial about mirrored kitchen cupboards.

where would you park your car if you've got more than 2 as someone that rich would have

Why do people buy old buildings and stick crappy modern furniture in it ..looks awful !!
Staged for showing so it doesn’t look empty, not the owner’s furniture. Designers/stagers throw in whomever sponsors them.😅

Because they can afford to.
Mmmm . For that much I don’t like the spaces and the cuts,so far very nice designs and forniture nice outside entrance
8M£ for that??? 😳 Ridiculous 😂
With how tall you are the apartment looks small😅
no bathtub ?

Thanks for watching as usual Conner! As always the market/buyer will determine the price :)

Nice bowling alley. Wonder what the taxes are on this place every year. The Brit’s love to tax everything.
£8M & not a single swimming pool ?
beautiful property though
Nah
Not worth for £8.5 million

8 milli for this dump?
Disappointed to see not one bath in a property like this!
Yeah this is overpriced by about 7 million....Any more than a million for this is extortion imo.
I don’t like the layout , wasted space, when there is not much - poor planing
Ugly remodel, ugly furniture, waste of money.
What a boring and uninspired house... 🤷🏿♂️ 😪
Too expensive
It horrible, took plain, no imagination.

15k on a chair when you can spend a fraction of that in ikea.
Christ.
Bland, boring and over-priced. Like ALL property in London..
