Cabbage Coleslaw With Vinaigrette (Without Mayonnaise!)

This is the my favorite (the BEST!) cabbage coleslaw recipe, without any mayonnaise! Instead, I make my coleslaw with vinaigrette that's fresh and bright, just the way coleslaw should be.

A little squeeze of honey or maple syrup with the tangy mustard is perfection! I agree sugar is used way to often. But just a teaspoon adds just the right contrast!
