It's a "picture" of the TV sitcom The Simpsons. The colors on the top of each piece of equipment represents the hair color. The husband, Homer, is on the left, then his wife Marge (has really tall blue hair) then a girl child, then Bart. They have a baby who's always making sucking sounds with her pacifier, not sure why she's represented by a pitchfork. I've never watched the show, just ran across it in different types of media.
