  • Rust-Oleum Appliance Epoxy lets you refresh your refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and other indoor metal appliances. You can choose to match the existing color or completely change the look with a different appliance epoxy paint color.
We transformed this kitchen by painting a white refrigerator black. To begin your appliance paint project, remove the handles and paint them separately. Then, sand the surface and wipe it down with soap and warm water.
Use painter's tape to cover the areas that will not be painted. Then, apply appliance paint in the color of your choice. If needed, add a second coat within 30 minutes. After the epoxy cures for at least 24 hours, you can move it back in place.
Rust-Oleum Appliance Epoxy is available in brush-on and spray paint formulas, and also comes in a touch-up size to fix small chips and scratches. The epoxy appliance paint leaves a smooth, washable surface.
