Everyone has divine feminine and masculine in them men and women. Balance is the key. I myself am unbalanced and is guilty of being masculine. I came across ashwaganda it's supposed to balance your hormones but I can't be consistent with taking it. Maybe this will help someone else out there though. I firmly believe there's somebody for everyone and I'll find someone who accepts me for me all masculine aside. I've been accused by some of being gay but nope not looking for a woman I'll pass...

You forgot to mention how most women have the masculine behavior of emasculating their man for no reason at all. Whenever they are bored and things are going just fine they have to go and create drama by trying to emasculate him and test him.

I’ve noticed when I’m around masculine women they tend to check theirselves and want to be more feminine. Being a feminine woman exudes an undeniable aura.. women will start being uncomfortable with their selves when a lady is subtle, gentle and kind in the way she speaks and do things. It’s also challenging to be a feminine lady in the work place when you work with other women. If you work with men it’s a win win. They’ll cater to you and do everything under the sun just to impress you.. 🤣 I went to the grocery store wearing a nice sun dress and had on my makeup and smiled.. men literally ran to help me with everything I needed.. 😊

    • @EverythingNema
      @EverythingNema Před 5 lety +145

Bze Bee it’s a challenge for those who were raised to have to do masculine duties that combat the feminine energy. Masculine women struggle with the softer side of theirselves. So the essence of someone feminine being around others who are masculine makes them feel uncomfortable. Moreover, femininity isn’t tied to just being a male or female. It’s an essence that’s exuded through the way you carry yourself in everyday life.

This goes even deeper tbh. We can see how what you said plays to the light skin vs dark skin issue that is especially prevalent amongst ALOT of women in the black community. It’s been programmed that Light skins are seen as more feminine while darker skin women are viewed as more masculine. Thus, you have some darker skin women taking it as far as bullying, disliking or “hating” on light skinned women BC they don’t receive the same attention/ reverence as their lighter sistas do! It’s a shame but this just highlights that Black women as a community HAVE to take back their power. And taking back their power INCLUDES stepping into their feminine power to break the stigma!

The black community should realize we do have a higher ratio of masculine outputting women, It is reinforced by low marriage rates and fathers who fade into the background. Men have to compete with women to be the man so they leave instead.

ReRe Plays ReRe Plays no it doesn’t always translate across all races and ethnic groups. For example , something as simple as natural hair in general is seen as a “masculine” trait by a lot of non black ppl (and some black ppl) regardless of gender. Also, a lot of black folks in the USA like to ignore the fact that a lot of us come from ethnic groups centered around the matriarch even pre slavery. We’ve been brainwashed to see things like power, outspokenness, independence, and leadership in black women as negative/masculine and intimidating when it’s really not. Even if we flip it, in certain cultures two black men holding hands here would often be seen as “gay/feminine/ “sus” but if you travel elsewhere it may be normal. Imo, Low marriage rates have more to do with changing times/ mindsets and the fact that statistically blk women just have way more clout than ever before n a lot of the “strong/masculine” blk men are caught in the prison industrial complex. If this video resonates with you then so be it but I personally just felt like some shit was just off about it. (Oh sorry forgot I wasn’t supposed to curse as a feminine woman lol )

I feel feminine but I’m stuck on being tough. I was molested as a child and raped as a teenager. That made me not trust masculine men. I’m attracted to masculine men who aren’t too masculine. I want an equal. Someone who will take care of me and I return will take care of him. It’s hard as a victim of masculinity to allow that soft feline side show. I hate the sexual attention I get when I’m dressed up. It unnerves me and makes me feel unsafe due to my trauma. So tell me? How am I supposed to be everything you tell me I have to be to attract a man if the type of man I desire is also the type of man who hurt me. It’s not as simple as you make it out to be here. I know I look beautiful in a dress I also know that’s the only thing that will be considered for. Not my intelligence, not my strength or my adversity. I want to be loved for everything I am masculine and feminine. I shouldn’t have to fit a “characteristic” to be approved. I should be loved for who I am BECAUSE of who I am and what I’ve been through. Not because I look like a girl and put on the costume to play a role in this stupid social game of male vs female.

Those aholes smell victim from a mile away and its understandable that you're afraid it may happen again. Trust takes time and that's good. But therapy is necessary. Good men understand limits and parameters and it sounds like you're attracted to them bc you yearn for their protection. Rewire your brain from trauma is difficult but not impossible. Surround yourself with positive strong feminine women who respect men. Warm wishes and best of luck in your recovery.

I once dated a social justice warrior who was very beautiful, but she often mistook anger for strength and it turned me off! She also cursed like a sailor, and was very much a feminist but didn’t know it! I once told her that none of this turned me on! She wrote me off and said she can see me with a white woman and I’m the typical black man who’s intimidated by a strong black woman! I replied by saying “black men already have it hard in society, we don’t want to come home and have to fight with you for power in our own home! Constantly challenging your man to prove is manhood is combative and masculine!” Needless to say, today I’m married to a very chocolate feminine sista, and the last time I check, the other lady is still out here fighting for justice and still mistaking anger for strength, single as a dollar piece! Listen to this commentary ladies, she’s not staring y’all wrong!

I'm very feminine and I love looking like a woman, I would prefer a man take charge and take care of things, but most of them have been raised by women and don't know how to be men. I saw firsthand what a good man is supposed to be and I think that makes it hard for the men i come in contact with. I've also been told by men that they like the way I think. They like the fact that I think more like them but carry myself like a woman.

Some situations force normally feminine woman into being more masculine in order to maintain balance. For example when a man leave a women with his children and does not consistently do his masculine part because he is too busy running around acting feminine. The woman unfortunately has to step into that role and bring the BALANCE into the situation because the feminine acting man left his responsibilities on the table. The reality is some unfair situations women go through in life forces them into more masculine roles that they didn't sign up for/ don't even want but maintaining a balance of masculinity and femininity becomes the true challenge for women placed in these type positions. OAN: I know some prissy over the top feminine woman who do some of these things on this list so let's not get stereotypical! Healthy balance is they answer. I was never from a child encouraged or taught to me feminine. I was always climbing trees and played boys games such as tussling with other boys and chasing people. As a result, I have nothing but masculine energy but not attracted to girls. I wore nothing but pants, T-shirts and tennis shoes, short Afro, no makeup and earrings. The first boy I ever liked was not attracted to me and I used to chase him which pushed him further away from me. Now that I think about it, the reason he was not attracted to me was that he was attracted to feminine girls. It's just as you said, I attract ONLY low energy feminine men meaning they are always in need. ( HoBo sexuals) I always had the job, the car and a place to stay. He tries and tells you what to do. He’s a controller. A man who leads his home is a good man. He accepts what you wear yet, dress appropriate. You'll just know. A woman's intuition is her greatest gift. Listen to it and use it wisely. A controlling man is often confrontational, manipulative and loves to isolate you from friends and family. He is often nitpicky about things that generally shouldn't be a big deal or his concern. He plays victim and twists situations into thinking you are always the problem and that it's something you must fix or change whether it's about yourself or the situation at hand.
A man who leads is confident in himself and in you. He knows when to let things go or to address things that bothers him with maturity. He is a provider and protector. He respects you but is not a pushover and expects the same amount of respect reciprocated. He is not controlling or confrontational. He is responsible and holds himself accountable for his actions.

I’ve started my feminine journey not too long ago and I am a high school student and we started around 2 weeks ago. I decided to dress up this year and wear clothes that make me feel good. Everyone always compliments or says I look expensive and professional as a lot of the teens at my school dress like they just hopped out of the bed. Men (teachers) and the guys at my school always cater to me and help me out. I’ve noticed that a lot of people use a softer tone with me as well and respect me more also

I just never wanted to advertise something I was not selling, being that I’m not having sex until marriage. Even before I decided that, I was never very Scantily clad. I just have more respect for myself than that. Plus, I’ve heard men talk so bad about women and how they just use them for sex, I never wanted to be that person. @@amiasmr6008 Yes I think the women she is referring to are the hotep type that in some communities who may "ride" or hold thier men down because they believe that there are forces and systems that are against them which I believe there are. That of course should not stop them from that bag! A woman like Harriet Tubman, hell even the Queen may be a different story. I believe they should be applauded, to discourage that is borderline disrespectful. The big thing here is that a woman should ALWAYS have a bag of her own. Some men just may simply need guidance. I mean like very little. It you truly want to work with him to help you. Its character vs characteristics. Most of the time they WILL give you what you want. Alot of times we may get advice from various channels because we are trying to figure things out. Through all my experience, I have learned you should never turn yourself into a product for the sake of being taken care of unless you are ready to deal with what comes with it. Men are not stupid and will def be hip to your games, especially if they have money. All of these things we want must be thier idea and choice, you are just doing what is necessary to make it so. It is not as easy or explainable as some make it look. Alot of things are unspoken and in the shadows. Securing a man for the bag is about your character, how you use your words to finesse and how you can finesse yourself to do the things that cannot be seen with the eye. To be a wife is not about just looking good either, you must know how to bring that special irreplaceable thing to the "table" that your man can't live without, that takes big practice. If it's only looks and demands, then whatever man marrys you may not be able to take the family to the next level and you could still be stuck running things from the back. Or replaced.

You are so on point with this!!! I love being feminine & soft for my man. It's ok to be strong but leave it at the door. A strong man doesn't want a masculine woman. Ladies be mindful when you are choosing a partner, so that you don't feel the need to be masculine. Stop submitting to men that don't & can't earn you.

Wow...this was an eye-opener...I was feminine in my relationships but somehow it turned into control/verbal abuse in one relationship and a dusty in a longer one. They were aggressive but in different ways - I would end up with my feelings hurt a lot. So, instead of leaving sooner, I adapted and started giving them the same energy they were giving me to get the strength to leave (which I did). The problem is I’ve carried that over into a relationship where he wants to lead and be respected. He has professed his love for me verbally and shows it. He takes me out, holds doors for me, he willing to help with any *honey-do-lists* I have, he’s compassionate, he respects me, my opinions, my strength, and loves my son whose older with Asperger’s. He wants (well...wanted) to move in. What’s wrong?? I take it as controlling and that he’s being too sensitive every time I say something whether we’re laughing and joking or having a serious conversation. We get into these disagreements and he just stops talking to me....I mean for like days, weeks at a time.....radio silent instead of talking about it. I don’t think that he leaves to see someone else, it’s possible-but he tells me it’s out of frustration. Then he comes back like nothing happened...now I’m still upset and he says it’s because i over talk him and don’t let him gather his thoughts. My mouth is pretty reckless and I tend not to back down until MY point is made. My way. I just feeI like I have to be this way to protect myself. I don’t know how to get hold of this....I’ve already driven him away and I’m old enough to know better. Smh...

I am consciously trying to break the generational curse of having a masculine attitude. I'm very feminine looking. My nickname is Barbie doll. But I recognize that there has always been a power struggle in my relationships. I internally struggle with anyone (men) trying to lead me. But I need to let that go. I must do a lot of inner work. Great post, thank you!

Get a feminine man. When I say feminine I do no mean girly or weak. Some examples would being intuitive, open, supportive, strong, compassionate, and authentic.
You can find more info if you google it.
I am a feminine man and masculine women are always attracted to me. I do not mean they look like men but have masculine energy as in they are out spoken, protective, confident, and assertive just to name a few. It always works out that way. Feminine energy and masculine energy are attracted to each other it doesn't matter if that energy belongs to a women or man. if a women has masculine energy she be attracted to a man with feminine energy
I have never seen two feminine energies workout in a relationship or two masculine energies work workout in a relationship.
I want to add an example (but not the only example out there) of a feminine man that you would think is one. It is that of the famous boxer Mike Tyson. If you look at his birth chart he has a lot of feminine energy. Just look at his interviews and how he talk about rising pigeon birds as child. How he talks about his love for his children and how he talks about his past relationships and current one.

@@abrahanrodriguez9003 You are absolutely correct- I definitely have found that "feminine" men are easier to harmonize with, by a landslide. I am certainly attracted to very masculine men, but later come to huge issues because they don't understand the (intuitive) points I bring up, as you say.
Thank you for the great example of Mike Tyson.
I've tried to really tone down my masculine side.. It's tough work and unnatural. But still I try lol.
