This album gave me the strength to sneak my parents console stereo upstairs to my room so I could listen to it, even though it weighed more than I did.
Fun fact, Lucifer was not only the greatest of the cherubs, he was also the master of music and the most beautiful being. Hence his original sin "pride". He got great riffs though...i must admit.

But he's known as Yahweh to most of society, because of the Old Testament and Septuagint. And Yahweh was the Son of El. El is SATURN. (which lends to any credence to the lore of Nativity in Black being what N.I.B. stands for. Saturn is associated with blue and black, signifying discipline, responsibility, and stability.) BS lived and worked out of Carlisle north UK (near me) as Earth and Polka Tulk etc. I bought the bass in about 71/72 and the seller told me that it had been sold by Geezer in a drunken deal at Silloth Lido club (not far from Carlisle). Most northern band lads knew each other back than as we all worked same club circuit. It was as BS got their first recording advance. I bought it in a stripped body state, exactly how Geezer described it. At the time there was no vintage value to it and BS had only just cracked the charts. However, in 99 I set about tracing all the owners and it all pointed to that deal. I faxed Gloria Butler with the story and got invite to 99 reunion gig in Birmingham UK with back stage passes. Geezer saw it and signed it and wanted to buy it. I still have it though as now had it nearly 50 years after paying £100 for it back then. One day I will match the tortoise shell scratch plate to old studio photos I found of Geezer with it as they are all unique like finger prints.
