You quoted the HOA fees too high and there is no cable provided, only internet (but its 2gigs with two new eero devices, a ring front door camera, & Amazon Show device.)

Thank you for the correction! I think some of the 70' lots have higher fees because their front yard is maintained.

Yes. There is a MUD tax here but not a PID. PID is usually going to be the one you pay a lot for.
