The arches were created by using 3 (10 foot) pieces of 1" SCH 40 electrical conduit slipped over (2) 3/4" threaded rods. We used a long run of 1/2" PVC across the top to stabilize all of the arches and prevent swaying due to high winds.
did you use white pvc or the gray conduit

Thank you very much! I ordered a significant amount of the lights from Creative Displays, a company which sells them solely in bulk at a reasonable price. A fair amount of the lights and cords were bought from stores in the area (such as American Sale). It is possible to make your own extension cords, however we just chose to stick to pre-made ones. I purchased the Donation Box (sold as a mailbox) from ace hardware. Then I just simply used stencils along with spray paint to make it stand out. As for securing it, I used 1.5 inch steel L channel (also sold at ace) and a few vandal-proof screws that were screwed in from inside the box. The whole setup is very sturdy
Hi, as of right now, I am almost positive Light-o-Rama does not make boxes with uk plugs. However, you can buy the kits from Light-o-Rama and add your own plugs instead of using american plugs. The boxes also have a switch so you can go between 110v and 240v. Hope this helps!
Thank you! We chose to go with all LED lights because of their durability, low power consumption, and very vivid color recreation. Unlike regular incandescent bulbs, LED's last upwards of 50,000 hours and are virtually indestructible. There is no filament to burn out in LED's and they only draw 4.8 watts per string (versus about 40 for incandescent). Also, the LED's will give you much richer colors, whereas incandescents will just fall short. Hope this helps!!

How many pvc pipe you connect for the arch on the driveway ?
I am using 1" PVC for the arches. 3/4" threaded rod is pounded about 1.5 feet into the earth and then the PVC slips right over the rod. I ran 1/2" PVC along the tops of all the arches and secured it to the house, this helps to keep the arches from swaying.

First off amzing job! I got a lot of ideas by just pausing the video and looking around at the awesomeness! LOL. Quick questions for you: Did you order all your lights in bulk from a company? And cords? If so which one b/c I bet thats a good way to save money. Once again great house...can't wait to see it this year!

What size pvc pipe u useing on the arch's over the driveway and the pipes in the ground ur slipping them over?
Your displays are AWESOME!!! As well as this video! This year I did my very first 16 channel light show, and its awesome. Next year I’m planning on getting 19 controllers and adding more lights to my show! If you don’t mind me asking, where do you order your lights from? how did you secure the PVC to the top of the arches?
errantego probably with a pvc joint. you can find them at Lowes for like $.50
type of dj chase lights are those see there plug into a dongle 5:12 sec on you video
