- The most useful way I know how to show swatches is right on my face. Today I'm following some of your requests, and I'm swatching all my duochrome eyeshadows and liquid glitters on my face! And, as usual, at the end you'll get the odd satisfaction of watching me swirl them all together and seeing what color we end up with.

When I saw the shifts, I automatically thought of the Kaleidos multichrome highlighters that can be used everywhere.
Also, I think this video is proof that the "white-shifts-_____" from Stila were ahead of their time.
The second one you swatched, the sage green color that it reflects for most of the video is stunning.
If/when you do another this or that video, I’d love to hear your thoughts on the Lisa Eldridge versus the Vesca. I know the Vesca shadows have a powder finish and blend on themselves easier (or at least that’s what I’ve gathered from watching your content). Also, leaving this comment now because by the time you ask for suggestions, I’ll probably have forgotten.
I would like to hear about this too, especially comparing Bianca and Lyra because the colors look fairly similar. Thank you Kackie!

Back in the day I used contact solution as a mixing medium and had success mixing it into a dried out cream shadow and eyeliner a few times. If you feel experimental, maybe worth a try before tossing them!

Danessa does have a line of those clear ones - Sephora just doesn’t carry all the shades of twin flames. In fact their choices are pretty limited.

On camera, it looks like it’s in the turmeric & saffron range of color dyes.
I use loose flakes and will stick them on with eyelash glue or glitter glue primer. I also kinda pulverize it in the lid with a brush before applying so it’s a finer texture and not like foil flakes

You can add Inglot Duraline mixing medium to revive those loose flakes or to transform any loose glitter so it lasts all day!
Can we get a nude/“nude energy” lip product video? I keep hunting for brown nudes and I keep circling back to mauve/berry shades because of my undertones. I’m the same color family as you, but I think I’m a hair more neutral or pink where you are golden. By fractions of degrees.

The only liquid duochrome I have is the purple Natasha Denona one, and once I figured out I needed to apply it, then go over that with a clean brush to pick up excess product, and blend out the edges, it works great for me. I just wish I had a backup, because mine is almost empty

I had the same issue with the Em Cosmetics eyeshadow. I liked the formula but none of the colors really worked for me.

Adept Cosmetics makes amazing palettes full of duochromes& multichromes. I have 3 of their palettes(I have 3 of 1 of them though cuz they came broken so they kept replacing them🤣 so I actually have 5 Adept palettes, but only 3 different palettes🤣
That’s so good customer service, I wish they still did singles though.
@@TheJordandean yeah my first one had 3 broken shades, and the replacement had the same shades broken plus 1 more, so they fully refunded me, then at their next restock when I ordered a single, they sent me the single shadow and a new palette, I was SHOCKED
@@TheJordandean and yeah, I wish they sold their palettes as singles too, there's a few shades I've hit pan on in every palette, but I don't want to order another palette just for a shade or 2.
@@AKbaby89 yes that would be very expensive. I wonder why they stopped. I haven’t bought anything from them since they dc’ed the singles. None of their palettes have spoken to me and they are muy expensive. The singles were good quality and not terribly expensive.
The new Kosas 10 second eyes do seem universally disliked. They just aren’t good.
