Forget the colour. The guy is bloody useless.
I say this as a Labour voter who's had enough,
dad died waiting for an ambulance to take him 1 mile from the hospital to the helipad
the air ambulance were with him 3 hours the clot moved he died the most horrific death, they said 4 hours he fought for 47 hours, like a Goldfish gasping for air.
Other Ministers to reply and were polite, Drakeford blanked me Gethin blanked me
The NHS is a complete mess, Before you could make Bristol to west wales in 45 mins
now it can be 6-7 hours. Forget the 20 mph nonsense the 50 mph zones on the M4 are a joke, the endless delays you can tase the pollution. 25 years in power and its showing
Waters is the local AM here and the latest grand plan is a new super hospital maybe 40 miles away, Waters tried to gaslight but when i pointed out are they going to invest in a new fleet of ambulances and the sheer misery of people travelling all that way if they are old disabled etc, there are no public toilets on route. visiting someone in hospital twice a day
he totally stopped contact. To put it bluntly they have been in power for so long
they threw money at Cardiff airport the area is huge and could be turned into much needed homes. Bristol is just miles away as for the 20 mph zones the local council just finished
painting the roads now they are going around putting Tarmac on them.
Forget the name of the other guy standing but again thanks to union backing Gethin got the job, he can cry play the victim the guys got more baggage than Terminal 5. They really need to take a good look at the SNP situation Welsh Labour are heading the same way.
Starmer 1st was going to allow them the new money to replace EU Grants now its going to be a shared venture that says it all. They are tired stale and so arrogant they are past caring

Well said, I live in North East Wales and my experience and thoughts about the Senedd politicians are very similar to yours. The NHS here is TERRIBLE and what I've seen happen to some of my elderly neighbours has been horrific. It amounts to torture and I will never trust them again.. I know several people who work at the local hospital in various capacities and they ALL say on no account risk going there. If it's an emergency, they advise getting a family member or friend to drive the ill or injured person to the nearest English hospital and seek help there. Yes, I agree that Gethin is useless, corrupt and very weak. Drakeford was a tyrant, especially during lockdown when he seemed to relish his power over us. They don't give a damn about the people of Wales. In the General Election, I am voting Reform.

As for Waters I truly cant think of a time he's spoken about llanelli, the new insane plan is for a hospital for llanelli the largest town in West wales located just outside Tenby. They have totally lost the plot, Morgan did send me a very nice letter and another minister but Drakeford and Gethin I know my dad would be devastated a life long labour voter, I cant vote for them again not after this.

Please don't generalise! Some of us see what's happening. I live in North Wales but I'm no supporter of the Labour Party and am disgusted by the Senedd and their wicked waste of funds on foolish and pointless projects. I've seen what Labour have done in the 25 years in power at the Senedd: and realise they have wrecked Wales. I agree that the politicians sneer at ordinary people and do not care one jot about improving our circumstances , our schools, the health service or housing etc. They take no notice of what we want and keep on welcoming more and more migrants, even though Wales already has a massive homeless problem and our education system is failing our children. So keen is the Senedd to welcome increasing numbers of the migrants, they make films to advertise how welcoming Wales is. I was horrified a few months ago when I saw one film that involved young schoolgirls (about 12-13 yrs perhaps) in school uniforms, filmed in a school playground. The girls were asking the migrants to come to Wales. Are these people insane? I shall be voting for Reform on the 4th of July (we have a very good candidate) and I'm trying to convince my friends and neighbours to do likewise.

Listening to Simon here, two things stood out for me, when trying to describe this man's
    performance.
One is 'integrity'. Anyone with an ounce of integrity would have held their hands up and said, "fair enough", when a vote of no confidence had been decided against him.
Secondly, I thought of 'self-awareness', which one would (should) also examine when faced with the result of that no confidence vote.
The lobbying and so on, is integral to any and every politician - it's the way their bank balances grow far beyond the capacity of their tax-payer-funded salaries are able to do.
By the way, Donald Trump facts:
    1. He never took a salary while President (he's got enough anyway!) He donated it to an armed forces charity.
    2. He did not permit any lobbying around him. Senators and members of Congress did what they wished, but he never entertained any lobbying. Refreshing, huh?!
In political discussion, regimes are often referred to as "The Swamp". In my view, most are quite aptly named.

I cannot think of a single reason why anyone would want to register his/her vote for a politician. It is so glaringly obvious that not one politician in this country is the least bit interested or concerned about any of his/her constituents. Does anyone seriously believe that his/her life will be any the better for having registered a vote for a prospective politician? That question doesn't require an answer. Politicians have proved time and time again to the British electorate that they are only interested in your X on the ballot form.

Canada has an EXCELLENT Libertarian candidate in the running for Prime Minister of Canada named Pierre Poilivre. He's actually a Conservative, but in the US he'd be considered a right-leaning Libertarian. He doesn't hesitate to stand on his platform. I like what he says and thankfully he's no religious zealot.
