KTV ke bataye hue exercise karein, 3km walking karein ya running ya cycle chalaye, pooja me man lagaye, bhagwaan se ummeed rakhein. Ye sab karlenge to hi theek hoga

    Sir please make a video on how to practically observe thoughts.A lot of people advise us....'observe your thoughts' but very few people tell us how to actually do it so... plz plz describe how to actually observe our thoughts so that we can create a space or gap between ourselves and our thoughts.
