I made this in the summer of 1991, which is why there are no clips from later seasons (especially "Attached," which would have been a gold mine). All the editing was done manually, with a VHS VCR connected to a monaural camcorder with a flying erase head.

I made the wierdest of possible human noises, somewhere between a laugh and a bizarre screech, when Data sha la la la -ed. OH MY GOD! My brother just looked over at me like: "Da faq is up with her?"

Data's "Sha-la-la-la-la-la" was hilarious. I too would've liked to see an actual kiss at the end, but if you were trying to stay true to the movie, then I understand. Damn eels. ;]
Actually, I was totally reminded of Ariel in the episode 'Cause & Effect'--the redhead in a pink nightgown...the singing to herself...XD
RANDOM thought: How funny would it be if Crusher's middle name were something like Hope, Joy, or Faith? XDD

Wow, it's been years, I can't remember... but the uniform has a collar, so it's either season 3 or 4 (I made this video between seasons 4 and 5). And judging from the framing and camera move, it's probably an act-in or the end of an episode.
I don't have my VHS tapes any more, and I haven't upgraded to DVD yet, but if you want to search for yourself, I'd start with "The Survivors," "Yesterday's Enterprise," or "Family."

@In0tuhTR3KKi3 It would have been awesome to finally put one of their kisses somewhere in the vid, but it's great anyways! The clips used of Bev in that blue sweater are from the Nth Degree, but she again wears it in Q-pid off both shoulders then, not just the left like in the Nth Degree. That sweater is totally kickin'!

@In0tuhTR3KKi3 If you're talking about Bev's off-the-shoulder blue sweater (rawr!), that's from "The Nth Degree," when Barclay is playing Cyrano.
If you're talking about the Ent-D orbiting the planet, I have no idea. I would guess it's from "The Host," since that's the clip immediately following it, and I'm pretty sure I would have done the laziest thing possible to get the timings right.

Thanks! Looking back, I can't believe I spent that much time syncing the audio and video BY HAND. (I actually used iMovie to splice together two bad VHS copies for this CZcams upload--you can tell when it happens because the audio warbles a little bit.)
