If there is anything I can say out of cynicism; it's that James Mangold was already a capable writer and I had total faith in him writing Dawn of the Jedi, so adding Beau Willimon (another fantastic writer, but in exclusively political dramas before Andor), who he's never worked with before, makes me scared they will end up producing a poorer screenplay than either one of them individually would have produced. That's sometimes how this stuff goes it seems but I am optimistic still. It's just a weird combo of fantastic writers for 1 movie. Unless they are doing 3 and Mangold didn't want to write/direct all 3 and needs someone to take on the next 2 or something. Willimon needs to be given a corner office at Lucasfilm. He can improve every project he works on.

Really would love a film with a much younger yoda. They dont need a sith. A falled jedi would be a great foil
