My mom used to do a zig zag part like that when dying my hair as a teen. She was a stylist too. Made the black underneath pop out of the top better. Mine was red, black, red.
My old stylist did this when I wanted black on bottom and blonde on top. When I went to a fancy salon in a different state they made fun of it. But like I thought it was a good idea
I did this on my mohawk once so it wasn't just split down the middle, turned out pretty cool. I never spiked my mohawk but I did tease it for volume, either that or curled it so it looked like an ocean wave, or a combo of the two. All looked really cool with the 2 tone.
Oh my God what a transformation I was in shock that looked amazing that is like a super great hair color for you and you could even do your tips like with different colors here and they're even still keeping the grey at the bottom that like
Pleaaseeeee. How to get rid of this like copper brown brassy hair? I want blonde so bad. I went to a salon… For the same problem… Paid $200 and tipped her $20 because I’m awkward and don’t like confrontation… Basically I walked out the exact same way I walked in. Help please:( I’m not made out of money. I’m a single mom and that was the second time in my life. Getting my hair done professionally. I’m seriously not made out of money. I just saved up for that appointment and I have been crying. It’s been a month.
Also get your money back if it wasn’t what you wanted :( the salon should offer a redo if it wasn’t what you wanted. Ask them and say you didn’t get what you wanted at all. Also I would recommend asking for a different stylist who specializes in blondes
@@paulinacordova1111 thank you so much! I guess I just need to learn how to stick up for myself. I just walked out, smiling… Then cried HARD. Anyways, I went to a salon and got it fixed. 🫶🏼
@@paulinacordova1111 but you’re totally right… I should’ve gotten my money back. I work so hard for that for nothing literally. I won’t call her out because I don’t want to throw her under the bus like that but seriously…😭 it was BAD. I’m not a bad client or anything. We had amazing conversations, etc.… But she should definitely not be working in a salon.
Sounds like you might need a second round of bleach and/or purple toner to get rid of the brassy ness. You can try going to Sally beauty and the staff are usually able to provide some suggestions.
So anyone know of a video that does just straight bc id like to do it myself. I've been coloring my hair since 74. My hair is blonde and I want some kind of Auburn color underneath. I figured I just got from ear to ear front blonde and the underneath I leave would the other color?? So can someone let me know. I appreciate ur expertise. Thank you 🤔🤔💕
more context: i have an undercut and a straight part would be SO noticeable so keep that in mind ig for future clients? or anyone else here reading LOL

Mine was red, black, red.
I did blonde, red, black😂
I thought it was just a lucky experiment not an actual technique. 😂
i’ve never even thought of that as an option, but it’s so clever for blending, especially when you’re gonna be adding curls
Or have natural curls!!
30 years of doing hair and this was my go to always my clients always stood out from the rest and this is why
Bring back the skunk hair from the 2000s 😂
I like this a lot more than the straight line, especially for the more blended look. 10/10
Her hair looks so healthy

I honestly just wanna see that in a half uo style following the zig zag
That would look really cool with color
Like red or purple
Cobalt blue!!
Best I've seen done yet
It looks so healthy after being bleached from such a dark color, probably virgin hair. It's beautiful.
Virgin hair reacts better to bleach
I mean you could do fully random sectioning that would be the most natural
that's so smart! the color turned out amazing! 🥰
“Will give the most blended.
……… Effect! 👩🦳”
The most blended! Effect!
Major Narcissa Malfoy vibes from Harry Potter! I love it!
That’s an amazing tip I’m gonna try it next time I dye my hair!❤

She’s so pretty
That's so pretty!
I love the zig zag! ❤
Love this definitely trying on myself 😊
ooo, so very pretty!
GORGEOUS
never seen that before and i lowk love it
I wish I knew a stylist that knows how to do that out in Lincoln city Oregon!
Now I wanna try this on my peekaboo
I do a point like a upsidedown triangle with point towards my crown I love this and will be doing it
🔥 I wonder how to color would looked reversed

U thought that was Wendy for a second. 😅
Cause it looks gooood
Amazingggg!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
The thumbnail looks like a pasta dish to me.😆
When I first got my undercut, I did this exact parting. It was a pain to grow out but it was awesome nonetheless!! 〰️
i want to see what it looks like straightened!!
Pretty

Thats gonna SUCK during maintenance when you have to section that off again.
what did you use for toner?!?!
Toner formula please🙏
What is this bonita hair thingy called??🥺
Пожалуйста😢,не суйте металлические предметы в готовый осветляющий раствор,разве вам никто не говорил об этом.
It looks flat tho, my hair is cut like a wolfcut so it would pop either way
💖💙💖💙💙
That would look bomb with dyed black hair too
It looks the same

Hiw is it even possible that they got black hair to a gray.
Super pretty, ❤ I do a V section
Bleach, metal comb...eek😬
what color is that
It's ash gray
@@Jays2flydark white simply isn’t white💀
It’s either some shade of tan or grey.
Really, skunking is still a thing
It never left😂
Now tie a pony
I see nada
Don't understand, are you blind if you don't see "nothing" or what?
All the bleached hair covered by her natural color. For what?
For a gentle pop of colour that’s still professional, it’s also easier to maintain
Because it will be seen between black hair. You see it at the end and still don't get what's the point...?
how did it turn light grey from bleach?
Hate the AI voice
Nice color. Boring hairstyle
She looks like she missed the back of her head… and not in a good way. Grey is just not the color.
Its literally so boring
Old people hair 😮
People go grey early in their life too.
I’m 17 and getting grays
Gray, silver, ash etc started being very popular some time ago and is to this day. Under what rock are you living? 💀
😅 waste of money
I don’t like it
This is hair disaster 😷
