Hi and thank you for your channel. Would you be able to elaborate on genetal situations of which you may be aware when punitive damages are awarded? Specifically I'm wondering about eligibility of non physical attacks or abuse. Verbal demeaning comments both in private and public, body language or physical movements that threaten personal safety on multiple occasions with verbal yelling, allowing of public humiliation-insulting intelligence, taking photos intended to demean (non sexual), posting performance data - all after official notification of complaint. So true attempts to harass employee without any physical violance. So in a jury trial, are these types of activities considered worthy of punitive damages? Would like these activities occuring over a year affect consideration? Or do you need like a plastic bag put over your head and bruises? What is the typical minimum activity that must occur? I would also mention employer does this already being officially made aware of disability and using that knowledge in verbal activities and after complaint filed with management.
    Thank you and best wishes

Hello Vince, my question is how would a case (eeoc discrimination) proceed when the primary parties involved resigned from the employer after the position statement?

Are DPR complaints a separate aspect of an employment case. For example if a healthcare provider has potential regulatory complaints against them .

The company I used to work for just got taken over by new ownership, they bought the company, does that affect my lawsuit?

this question it might be dumb but i gotta ask. I got denied unemployment benefits because of the 1 1/2 of the highest base period requirement. According to the estimator, had i made 200 more extra dollars overall in the previous base perood or started my job one week earlier essentially , i would qualify. so instead of 1.5 im around 1.4ish of the earnings to qualify. What should i do if i narrowly missed the last requirement? Also, i already requested a hearing online but everything take 3 weeks for a response.
