  • If you are looking for a durable, easy to fly, and relatively inexpensive ornithopter, this is it!
This is the production version (model 1020) of the Go Go Bird Eagle (as opposed to the pre-production version I reviewed previously), meaning this is the version you will receive if you buy one. Hanvon has made some big improvements; primarily, it is now easily assembled without tools! Also, they have redesigned how the inner crankshaft attached to the drive arm--they've replaced the machine screw (the one that fell out on me!) with a lock nut 👌 (I forgot to mention this in the video).

For this type of rc ornithopter it is best to have a traditional transmitter. You can better control the flapping and rudder in windy conditions.

Not gonna lie this looks really good for pranking someone as a real bird that wants to attack him, Pretty sad tho i dont think there are ones in my home country: serbia

Seems like the production version is worst than the preproduction version aside of its durability

How so? I thought it was quite an improvement.

At first i was disappointed when they changed the screws to simple plastic but the convenience of being able to assemble the bird on the fly, pun intended, is worth it, every other change is definitely an improvement. I only wish it could glide with the wings still.

@@RCwithAdam1 let me explain u Adam a bit more, wouldn't you think that ornithopters should not invent and everyone should think that what is the main purpose of this thing which cant even record a good video or move good and still it costs a lot like its a dji kinda stuff.although, i dont want to be a rude. But Everyone should think about this
