The MOST TOXIC Helldivers 2 player I've ever met

- In a break from our regularly scheduled programming, we dive into a recent mission I played in Helldivers 2. Despite the community for Helldivers 2 being very wholesome for the most part, toxic players are always lurking in the shadows. I just so happened to run into one today... he wasn't happy.
This video is a quick montage of the final minutes (extraction in particular) of a Terminid Escort Mission in Helldivers 2. For more context, the toxic player in question only ever had 2 common samples (I had 11 common and 9 rare for comparison). After being team killed, he decided to throw a tantrum...

Oh one of the first things I did in this game was disable voice chat. Nooope, I run into a cool guy probably once every ten games, and an asshole every three. I have diagnosed mental illnesses, and somebody being a dick for no reason really fucks with my day more than it should.
I feel that, I've played 100 hours-ish and this is the only dick I've encountered, must have got lucky!
Awww sounds like a u problem yall so toxic game blows
Yo I feel the same way and I've been thinking about getting into discord to find people to play with who aren't toxic
Just played a game in between work shifts where some level 50 asshole punted me off a cliff before I could grab my gear I called down, so I kicked him from my game and then couldn't finish it after finishing the main objective. But I'd rather play solo than with someone who's going to be toxic.
@@anonanon497this was so fucking unnecessary why do you have to be an asshole
Dude probably got yelled at by his boss for being dumb and let’s it out on the game when he gets home.
Fucked up the Big Macs again, forgot the sauce and pickles every time
We're all fighting our own battles
Pickles are the best bit!
The whipping posts of real life act like this in games lol
Idk, I feel like this when my teammates feel the urge to DEMOCRATICALLY light up the extraction point like the FOURTH OF JULY while teammates are in the blast zone. I'm starting to think teamkilling is the only "safe" way to extract ._.
I was in a game with 3 chinese kids and I couldn't tell if they were angry or happy but man they were amped
Man's on difficulty 6 complaining about samples, leaves not knowing he got mission credit. Good, deserved.
Wow ive only come across a single toxic player and it was my first game, a level 12 threw a mine field at me and then left, everyone else had been chill and we talked about freedom and domacracy and our hate of bots thr whole time lol
There is no space for xenophobia among the citizens of Super Earth, reserve that hatred for the Bugs, Bots, or the Illumina... [The rest of this post has been redacted for Homeworld Defense purposes. Please keep in mind the blue lights you see are just aurora borealis. Illuminate does not exist]
Do you not understand the definition of xenophobia

@@BAGELMENSK racism but for other countries while not being exactly racially related, it's weird.
had a game where the whole team went arc thrower and they kept killing me but one guy on the team really got mad because he ran in my land mine and i attentionally landing on him with a pod
He gotta be really dumb to unlock difficulty 6 and still not know how samples and everything else is shared equally regardless of who has them.
Some people are made for teamwork
I had one of those in my squad, today A level 9 on an impossible operation, and the rest of us were level 25 and up. He keeps crying about how the game sucks and we suck when he's using up all our reinforcements and won't collect any samples. Calling us every name under the sun. Our team leader threatened to kick him as soon as we landed but he left before he could be kicked.
Thankfully, the majority of players are nice. I will admit, I've exclaimed a few points in frustration but I've never been aggressive to the person making the mistake. Like tripping over mines someone sprayed down because they're too small to see, and I go "Wtf was that?"
"Accidents" are part of the game, they balance out the Strategems meaning you can't just throw them wherever you fancy. Team killing will happen, I don't understand why people get so irate about it (it's often really funny!)
*accidental team killing*
Accidental team killing happens! Is also part of the fun imo 🤣 I'm level 34,, the other day I've been tkilled as soon as I landed in a random squad of level 10. One of them said "dumbass" and proceed to kill me. NOT accidentally, NOT at all 😂
Dude is the quintessential "perfect" gamer. Gets mad at everyone except himself if they die/mess up even once and acts as though the entire thing was ruined, meanwhile his scoreboard is 2nd to last but because he's not at the bottom, he feels jusified in his bitchin'.
People take games waaaaay to seriously 😂
I met some really cool guys on my first games. One of them always asked for a hug on every mission accomplished lol, and all squad hug together. He even asked a mech and left it to me to use.
99.99% of the community are awesome!
@@BiggEasterEggs well I met that 0.01% today lol!
Most people that have had voice chat have been pretty supportive, don’t let these videos that highlight the negative helldivers overshadow the many others who genuinely support one another.
Even tho there’s no need for the anger I totally understand his frustration, I get killed in this game 10x more by my teammates then I do the actual enemy’s, I’m a sample guy too so when I die either to one of their stupid barrages or not looking at where they shooting and drop all the samples I had then they proceed to extract without me truly deeply pisses me off. Like some people in this game are straight brain rot.
I got kicked from a game for team killing too much, I didn’t team kill once. And I got called shit and fucking awful. This was my 3rd game ever. Just got the game too.
Damn man, don’t let that give you the wrong impression - 99% of the community are awesome, the hug is my most used emote and I only play public lobbies!
@@BiggEasterEggs I haven’t I am still enjoying the game now and there are still many nice people
I had a teammate once kill me and leave the samples in front of extract because he walked into my autocannon at the beginning of the match, dying was fine, but 15 samples my guy like come on.
No way bro had 1/3 participation and had the audacity to use language meant for the enemy against his 2 carries💀💀
Beyond belief 🤣
well you can add "somatic" ign into one of the team killers.
I had a similar experience that I booted them for team killing a guy who almost had gone to the extraction
Well at least he didn’t reinforce u into fire tornadoes then crossfire with no cover on the bot planet and after that he didn’t call you a noob and kick you, but to be honest the situation is very similar
Oddly specific
@@BiggEasterEggs
Yes indeed. You can thank leotre for such specification
This game start disrespecting each other
What a shame
PC players feel they are superior to PS5 players
If you have all platforms at your home you’ll never do that
This happened to me about three times yesterday and I'm getting so sick of it having a guy one shot me and then afterwards he reinforces me but throws the reinforcement beacon outside of the map and this happened on three separate occasions last night alone 😡🤬
Just host your own game and let others join you so you can kick people when needed
When he joins my Game, we will get kicked out.
Playing on the harder levels = the hardcore peple that forgot how to just enjoy gaming.. they think they’re really at war…aka.. they become pretty toxic.
There is a difference getting mad but then just laughing it off..
I tend to like playing with low level people who are more chill.
It’s ont worth wining..if it’s not fun.
What’s your go-to difficulty? I find 5-7 is my sweet spot
I’m on day two of Helldivers and a player full out murders me twice for no reason and can never be mistaken for friendly fire. I’m still learning the game so that was a bit annoying.
Don't let that sour you on the game, 99% of the community are great!
i met someone worse, level 5 player, with his fellow level 4 that hopped on a few seconds after me
helped and carried them through the entire mission including doing side objectives and POIs
got team killed at extraction, clearly heard them laughing at me and making fun of me in russian or something
at least i got kicked after i already received awards...
What a miserable person. I hope they get some joy in their life.
I'm starting to hate this game just because of the playes base....
The 1st game was worse. That's why I mute everyone but my party.
Luckily is easy to communicate with just actions in Helldivers 2, I mute the lobby 99% of the time now but never have issues getting the job done 💪🏻
@BiggEasterEggs I agree just ignore it and move on.
69% accuracy?...

Nice
😂
i had a guy come in our game 5 min before the ending and grenade the 2 guys ahead of him. i was behind him. Then he tried to grenade me but i dove and my shield saved me. I killed him, then we banned him. This happened 2 seconds after he landed. No good way to report him either.
my brother just went crazy coz of two guys who pull the same shit on him and he lost all the loot, i think if your team extracts you should get the rewards. i havent played helldivers yet but i see a lot of toxicity only which puts me off
@@OdyDoggy everything is shared. unless they kicked him
I’ve encountered a few people like this recently, I’ve been team killed walking into the extraction shuttle on more than one occasion for no reason
I always host and i always solo every objective. The sort of people downplaying helldivers are mostly from shitty games like fortnite or roblox or cod MM and rainbow.
This guy was based.
Dude I played with got made because I landed my hellpod on him 😂. He deserved it. The match I played before had two really good player. I should have friend requested them.
lol, it's hard to see other players when in a hellpod - I've tried hitting friends but it's hard!
You should have kicked him from the game as you were extracting
He didn't deserve any of the rewards
Nah but being team killed constantly purely because the team are mentally handicapped is frustrating af
Most polite helldivers
I think I've hugged more Helldivers than real humans.
@@BiggEasterEggs I’m sorry?
Some people shouldn't play games.
Some people aren’t mature enough to have nice things 😂
everything is shared. dont be crazy about it. you died, and as long as your teammate pick up your Sample, you wont lose it.
These idiots will never realize it's shared
Sad really, I'm glad 90% of players are chill though
😂
I do this all the time ahahahahah
Why are you not using the meta build? Also them on elden ring if you not naked are you even playing?
Managed Democracy gave us an arsenal to use, not just 1 loadout. True Helldivers don't need the "meta" to dish out Liberty.
Imagine calling someone an immigrant...online.
That's treason
He likely had a right to be mad. 1 minute out of 40 is missing alot of context.
Nah bro, the scoreboard says it all - no excuse for being a c*nt
The entire HELLDIVERS 2 community is hateful toxic players. No one wants to help a new player. I love helping new players on other games. What a horrible game with horrible people.
This is 100% the opposite of my experience, I’ve only encounter 1 or 2 toxic players in 20+ hours - I love the game and the community, a small minority like to ruin it for everyone though!
Im lvl 50 with everything max upgraded and max sample collection and I always help other player. I played with random matching all the time for about 140 hours already. Met a very few toxic player and most of the time was fine fella to play with 😅 maybe I just get lucky huh...
I never found someone toxic like this, and I played for 60 hours. The real problem is, when you find someone like that, even worse if they are hosting, you are afraid you're next match will be the same since there is no way to report these people. They do whatever they want.
@@simonredforce Exactly. I tend to play solo or with friends. Tried with randoms and had a few decent players. One of them showed me how to finish some mission objectives I'd not seen before and another lower level invited me to Friends. But this afternoon I had a toxic idiot and now I've turned my "Friends Only" option back on. We always remember the bad more than the good.
Well yll more lucky than me i met this dude today in my own hosted game than he killed me right before the extraction and than telling me to uninstall the game i bought with my money what a manchild bro didnt even help in the mission and the other guys is just chill helping me
