I wish I knew Paul kalkbrenner earlier. I'm astounded at how immediately likable all of his stuff is. I listen to a lot of electronic albums and very few are so immediately memorable and likeable. What he does isn't particularly original, it's just that he's so good at it. His albums are some of the most pleasurable and enjoyable electronic albums I've ever heard. If only all minimal techno was this catchy and addictive. Instead of wandering all over the place, his songs just grab you immediately and hook you right away.
