Love everything about the Murph challenge and the organization around it. Been doing Murph for years on Memorial Day, but 4 years ago noticed a group of people from a gym wearing official shirts and that was when I realized you can register and get a shirt and aid the cause. Nothing but love! I’ll be prepped for the workout for that day. 💪🏻
