Heyy!! How can we practice a good resting face....any tips
Honestly no one can stay in high energy vibe 24/7 or everyday! Some days are just tough and its ok to feel low sometimes and not dismiss it as something bad. We are humans after all n we feel all types of emotions!
Umm yes and that's what I mentioned. You don't have to stay happy all the time but if you're irritated most of the times then you need to shift your energies and work on it
@@drishtiispeaks people are not irritated by their own , but it happens due to our environment, type of people around, also stress, workload, mental health etc
Dude yes you can be grumpy irritated sad at times it's ok to be like that but then don't expect people to come to you if you are sad all the time
If you make people feel that you are so low in energy people will avoid you

If you wanna feel sad be at home with the person who can console you not at the disco or conference or social gatherings

People today where masks , they show others how happy they are from outside , even if they are very low inside because thats what been taught to us by society . true we cannot be irritated all time but for everyone thats not possible owing to the kind of the situations they going through or the type of environment they living in etc. Also many people today mask their feelings, even if they sad they put smile on face just so that they dont appear low or sad!

I think yoga is the best way for physical and mental health.
One point i wanted to share this is from my own experience is that all the points dhrishti di had mentions for these firstly we have cut of all the negative energy around us and ofcourse within us we have understand this thing ki our happiness is our responsibility it is not a thing that we should get from others or expect from others.And really expectations hurts so for staying stress free firstly we have not to depend on others and identify that for which thing we are stressing on if you have an imp project or exams or any work to do then its ok.to stess so it will help.you to not to get distract but if you are stressing over its results then you are wasting your time and Dost keep your mental peace first agar isko koi kharab kr rha haii soo stay away from them it will really help you mentaly......i hope you guys have got my poiny ❤ Thank you.

I actually stopped taking stress..and TBH it helped a lot...and drinking proper amount of water and CUTTING DOWN SUGARY PRODUCTS exercising this helps alott for clear skin and eat healthy...❤And Thnxxx Drishti di for this video...Especially for the resting face point

From last year, i started to watch these kind of motivational, self development and glow up tips videos and I'm so glad that in my search i found yours channel too. Since I'm the eldest child in my family, i have no one to look at as an idol person so a person like you inspires me a lot and clears my doubt which i used to thought if something is right or wrong to do. Since last month, i started to watch your videos and it really helped me to grab some tips to improve myself. I have been looking after these small details about me like cleaning nails and applying perfumes, etc from the end of 2022. And this video proved me that I'm on the right path to my Glow up journey. Now I'm even more convinced that these small details also matters, not just because i want to look clean only in front others but to make me feel happy, fresh and better about myself. In Andrew Huberman's podcast I learned that each sleep cycle is of 90mins. So by that calculation the minimum amount of sleep required is 6hrs i.e 4 cycles each of 90min. Now keep adding 90mins to it to find the perfect time to wake up.
6hrs--7.5hrs--9hrs and so on..
