good stuff brother...but could you explain a little more about where to position your hips, and stance after you have blocked his strikes and your are going to shoulder throw him. your obviously an experienced cat. but tell me more as to where my feet, and my hips should be as i get ready to throw him. should my rear be completely against him? should there be a gap between our bodies? eager to learn!
@bilvis48 no gap, for max. leverage u should bend ur knees a bit and ur throwing shoulder should be under his punching arm and as us throw ur backside will naturally be a little off center.
