    3rd, one of the most effective is @ the soler plexus. I might have misspelled that, sorry if I did. The soler plexus is @ the stomach where you normally get hit and lose your breath for a while. However, @ the point just underneath the sternum, and where you feel the floating ribs, is volatile pt. A side hammer fist @ that pt sends a signal through the body that the heart is beatin 2 fast, and so the brain sends a counter-signal to make the heart slow down really fast, even 2 the pt of death

    To answer the below question, it is rare, but there are three. One is @ the temple, right beside the eye, the softer point on the sides of the head. The hurt when hit, but if hit @ the angle, they can cause a knockout, or even death. 2nd, is a direct blow to the heart. A large amount of thrust directly over the heart, like a really hard punch, can cause death almost instantly because the shock stops the heart. That's part of the reason why falls can kill you: it's the sudden stop that does it.

    Stomach
    Liver
    Groin
    Ribs
    But hitting ribs could get you in jail if you broke it,i recommend stomach because it stuns them and make them lose their breath but also not really fatal, and in case you were fighting a bigger guy(like 2 years older) then I recommend liver.

    Knowledge of pressure points is readily available. If it worked, we’d see it in MMA by now.
    People claiming this works would fail to land a kick on a fighter yet think they can land these precise hits on the nerves in a high stress fighting scenario. Get out of here folks

    • @hanumananky
      @hanumananky Před 2 lety

      There is a reason cage fighters do not change their bread and butter that often, a punch is a punch and a kick is a kick. Modern kickboxing styles are so easy to learn and practice that practitioners don't need to examine the forms and ideas of older esoteric traditional martial art systems. It takes a rare person to innovate or adapt in sport combat, and we sometimes see those people. If what they do is so simple everyone would be doing it right? No, some people have a natural proclivity for maintaining structure and proper movement under the pressure of violence, this is called having a high fight IQ. Sport combat practitioners also rarely study or train in the internal arts, and those are the more important ideas that you must cultivate your self through in order to be able to handle stress and develop that high fight IQ that is required to put techniques like this to use.
      And lastly, knowledge doesn't work, it never has.
      Individuals are the ones that must work to make ideas a reality.
      Not many people want to work to the degree that is required to turn the body into a weapon. Its more than physique, its psychological as well.

    • @dimonwhite02
      @dimonwhite02 Před 2 lety +2

      @@hanumananky pro cage fighters are at the tip of the spear when it comes to fighting skill. They and their coaches always innovate and look for the bit of edge they can get over their opponent. New technique here, new fake here, some Asian massage there, some needle therapy here. Someone by now would’ve found these pressure point techniques and would’ve used them in striking or grappling.
      I wouldn’t say kickboxing is easy to practice, it’s simple, not easy.
      Lastly, fight IQ isn’t the ability to stick to your game plan under pressure, fight IQ is being able to notice and exploit holes in your opponents game

    I've seen people get kicked full force to that exact area like a hundred time, some people even got kicked 4 or 5 times in the same round (poorly blocked body kicks), yet nobody ever flinched a second,they were sore just like after absorbing any kind of damage from a fight. Sadly this is likely another fake martial art "secret technique". Plus if you are going to practice and perfect a strike that requires you to get THAT close and at THAT angle you better practice elbows and Thai clinch like crazy, this strike you miss and you are probably getting killed lol, at least is harder to miss and elbow and it will make a lot of damage whatever way you land it, a well placed one can KO anybody even if you not that powerful.

    I've had several people (martial artists) try use pressure points on me, but they don't work. The same people were able to do it to others, but not me. I think its kinda cool, but should I be worried about my nervous system?
