    Ingredients:
    Zucchini 1 kilogram. / 2.2 pounds.
    2 teaspoons of salt (salt the zucchini to remove the liquid)
    1 small onion.
    boiled rice - 3 tablespoons.
    2 chicken eggs.
    4-5 spoons of flour. (adjust thickness with flour)
    vegetable oil (use for frying)
    1 teaspoon of dried garlic.
    1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
    1 teaspoon of salt.
    black pepper to taste.
    Method of preparation: Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, salt and leave for 10-15 minutes. Squeeze liquid from zucchini. Add boiled rice, chopped onion, eggs, flour, salt, black pepper, nutmeg and granulated garlic and mix well. Form small pancakes and fry in vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown. If you cover the pan with a lid, the pancakes will be more tender and soft.
    Serve with Greek yogurt or sour cream.
