this tutorial is harder than ways that i do it, i do it various ways. for starters open ur mouth like he said, and dont inhale/exhale, let smoke drag out on its own. once its out enough you have 3 different ways to take it back in. 1, you can grid ur teeth and inhale back in (thats more of a quick ghost). 2, you can make ur mouth into a smaller O shape and inhale it back in. or 3, (kinda like 2) you can make a movement with ur mouth almost like ur saying the word “bow” and inhale back in. i would say 2/3 are the mosr affective ways, but all work
Best way for me to personally describe it is by taking a hit, swish it for a few seconds to condense the smoke, then do a popping motion with your lips and “push” the smoke out with your tongue.
