I went there back in June of 2007, it was called the Pepsi Forum Entertainment Centre. They had a Future Shop location there at that time but Now of course it's closed for a promotion of their new store They invited Hockey legend! Jean Beliveau, who greeted his fans and autographed small plastic Future Shop white hockey sticks or bring along memorbilia for him to autograph what a gentleman he was. such A pleasure to have met the late great Jean Beliveau, 💛
Excellent Video of enemy territory...Bruins Fan here...all jokes aside it's great to see what the city has done with this great iconic landmark. I once rode up to Montreal 5 hours to do two things...eat a steak sandwich at Reubens (the line was too long at Schwartz's) and have my picture in front of this building, and yes...with a Bruins shirt on. I wish all of the original 6 could of had done this, shows the great passion and emotion this city has for it's Canadians which is arguably the most successful NHL franchise ever...
I go there often both when I was a child going to the children hospital and when I became a adult, there is a good comedy show place in the building, and you can see where the centre ice scoreboard was in the rafters
What a shame. Complete disrespect for the old forum, I'm glad I was able to see a few games there in the early 90's. Montreal has become too woke for my taste now.

Thanks for the story!
Very welcome! It was a fun memory for me back then.😊👍
It's absolutely disgusting what they've done to the old forum. It's akin to desecrating a grave.
Yes I agree completely.

Yeah I'm glad they preserved some of it. It's shocking not to see the hospital there anymore eh
Sky Of The Universe yeah it is shocking not to see the old children’s hospital, by the way, are you going to film the holiday train this year?
Last time I went inside there was a movie theater on the top floor.
😊❤️
😃😀🙂👍
Taking out the stands ?? Might as well remove Center Ice
