Cocoa Butter - 4.5 grams (15%)
Granulated Sugar - 15 grams (50%)

Beeswax - 1.5 grams (5%)

Yes you totally can. But the consistency may vary. Just play with your formula accordingly.
No preservative needed ?
Not needed if you're using for personal use. Make sure you don't put water into that. If you're not sure, please add preservative. It's always best.
Can Shea Butter be used instead of Cocoa Butter?
Yes you can use other butters.
Shelf life of both scrub?
It will be good until it makes contact with water. So if you want to extend the shelf life, it's recommended to use preservative.
