Talking about what one Seller is paying for a Buyer broker commission that is different from another won't be as applicable once the Buyer broker commission offered by the Seller is no longer listed in the MLS (that was part of the NAR settlement). A Buyer's agent would have to call each agent and verbally ask if the Seller is paing a Buyer brokerage commission to know that information. That is the whole reaon for removing it from the MLS via the NAR settlement, so realtors won't 'steer' their Buyers to properties with a higher commission that benefits the realtor, not the Buyer.
