    Very honest presentation! Doubt the exit strategy of the one bedder is easy and it’s fair to give 6 for the project, unlikely to see good profits imo for the 1bedder, max 1.1m?

      Yo! I think quite possible to get at least $150k to $200k as the lowest entry for Midtown Bay is $1.26mil and Midtown Modern at $1.167mil. Let’s wait for Feb 2023 for results 😊

      I beg to differ. I see Midtown Modern and Midtown Bay as two more premium and luxe projects, one w direct MRT connection.
      Duo Residences, w direct MRT connection, most recent one bedder (at a bigger size) only went for less than 1.1m.
