I have been using Notion for the past month and i’m completely in love with it. I’m using it to organize my tasks and meeting notes at Work, and also tracking my expenses with a fairly complex but organized table I made that allows me to plan and simulate my monthly expenses. I’m kind of addicted to it…

Nice video and nice to hear that I'm not the only one trying to use both a digital planner and Notion at the same time - but for different things.
I saw Building a Second Brain videos and Tiago Forte (and others) say they use multiple note-taking apps for different things. Some use whatever’s handy at the moment and some use physical notebooks too just because it still feels good. Finding out which ones work for you, when and where, seems to be the journey. I like K’s female perspective since I know that I’ll want to do things differently than a man will too.
I do my journaling in my digital planner and duplicate some items in notion that would be beneficial to track like moods and symptoms that day. That way I can enjoy my journaling but still keep a more detailed track of health, fitness, goals etc throughout the year. I think once you give yourself permission to use both methods you’ll find the right balance that works for you.

This was SO incredibly impactful! You addressed pain points SO specific, it’s almost like you know me! 😂 plus I was trying to do everything in notion or the digital planner and it was giving me anxiety. I couldn’t sleep. No joke lol
I woke up and realized I needed to use what I need from both and your video gave me the encouragement and motivation I needed to just relax, get out there and experiment, it’s okay if it doesn’t work and I’m not a failure if it takes me 8times to see a task before it gets done 😂

Your production quality is OUTSTANDING! I really don't understand how you're not getting more views... CZcams is all about luck I guess. Anyway, do you ever plan on talking about Obsidian as an interesting alternative to Notion? I do prefer the possibilities that the first one offers you.
This is a good comparison, thanks. I love writing things down since this helps me to process, solve problems and get creative, but analog is holding me back. I’ve noticed that Evernote, Notion, and Apple Notes may be unable to help me stay as centralized as I’d like with all of the features I need to do so - of course this could be because I haven’t fully explored their individual potential. I’ve been wondering what people use digital planners for and will explore a digital planner now and it looks like some of them offer features I’d make good use of. I’m wondering if I should use CollaNote, Noteful, Notability, or GoodNotes. It looks like CollaNote and Noteful both allow audio recording while taking notes, which will be really helpful, as will drawing and writing using the Apple Pencil. I’m also thinking I’d like to take my analog notes digital and figuring a good way to do that, so if anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to let me know! Thanks again. :)

I seriously need help!! Please! I downloaded ifont and have been downloading new fonts to GoodNotes that way. My iPad is up to date iPad Air 4. I write down all my notes on my iPad and when I try to study on my phone when away from my iPad it doesn’t sync the fonts correctly, it is all different fonts and I can not study please help kdigital

Did you look on her store, it’s probably on there. If not most of the digital planners I’ve had have had calendars you can write on, try Etsy, Alejandra Styles has some beautiful ones that might work for you.
