I also have adhd and it's so hard to get a grip of everything at once. I've been trying notion but it overwhelms me but seeing this video made me comfortable in knowing where to start and I can relate to someone who also has adhd.

I’d recommend just downloading a template if that is the case! If you ever feel like you need a change, then you can simply change the images, logos, or layouts! They all just take the clip of a button to be altered! 🩷🎀

I’m in the same boat but I’ve found that following specific step-by-step tutorials is wayyy less intimidating then starting from scratch or downloading a template (I feel like templates box me in tbh). also you don’t have to have notion figured out on your first try, and it doesn’t have to be pretty either. it just has to work for you :)
