I have a few of your brushes. The fancy stippling lettering is my fave. Also your free lettering brush. I have dabbled with making brushes, but haven’t gotten obsessed with it. Thanks for the video!

@@iPadLettering I decided to use it for March instead of Feb since Feb is done and looking good. I am going to have a dark background with some doodles and stickers in spring colors. Then I will do some headers with the stippling brush in white. I can add some extra dots in one or two other spring colors either using the extra stippling brush or manually. I have it all mapped out in my head and it is indeed super cute!

Will explore your brushes. But as a long-time Photoshop User, who has picked-up Procreate as it is one of the best Apps for the iPad Pro, even if it doesn’t have the built-in features of Photoshop. It still has features that allow you to duplicate many of those features.
So I have been making Brushes as well, but usually by just altering an existing Brush (uploading a new Brush Template).

It can only be used for the bushes I downloaded and not for like pictures. How can I get options like you? Thank you very much !

Ok I know there’s a way to test brushes on a white background like you did but my preview is always on black- I can’t figure out how to adjust that in the brush editor 🙈 help!

Excellent, thanks. I will start to upload my logo to my brushes. How do you get your IPL brush name / image icon to appear at the side of each brush in the brush library/studio please? I use 'preview' which shows a picture of the brush on the right, but I can't work out how to get the extra information to display on the left of each brush section / folder...x

When I press import it goes to my personal downloads and not the procreate brush library
After clicking on Shape, you will see above the image (big white circle) the button edit. Click on that, from the you will see the import button, click on it and a menu will appear, with source library.
Why do I always have to press so hard before my pen starts to make a line. This leaves to a delay before the line starts

Is there a way to emulate a brush you see someone using? Say it's one they're selling but you don't have the money for it, but really want to have a similar brush..
It would require a lot of trial and error!

Hi Karin, I love all of your videos, but is there a possible way to get procreate for free? I’m a 9-year old and obviously I don’t have any money, and my parents don’t want to waste money on ‘something that isn’t worth their time’, so could you like do a tutorial about that if possible? Almost all of your videos include this app and I would love to try it out. Thanks ❤️
I don’t she would, as she is almost affiliated with Procreate, being in the all star brush set and having access to the beta of updates. Some people have probably done a video on it, but be careful as they could be showing viruses. Hope this helps 💕
The app costs less than 10 USD. Ask your parents if you can do chores for this amount and then get the app. The REAL investment is the ipad anyway, the app itself is VERY affordable.
Hiya! I'm so sorry to hear your parents don't want to get the Procreate app for you 😭 Do you think you could ask for an iTunes gift voucher so that you can get the app? The app is not very expensive (at least not compared to the iPad 😅) - and I really think you would benefit a lot from having the app. Right now is the time for you to explore your creativity - I wish I was able to do this on the iPad when I was your age!
