VloĆŸit

- Our very first reaction to Band - Maid! We can see why so many people enjoy listening to these talented young ladies!
Thank you for all of your support my friends, cheers! đ»

Band Maid is definitely a live band. Any song played by them live is a unique experience. My vote goes for "Play".
Their Music videos are pretty good too!!....but it's more fun to watch'em live!
Mine also!
One word: "Dice". Thrill was one of the early songs that was written for them. Since then they have not only grown as musicians, but as composers also. Also, check out "Domination".
Hi from the UK. This was their first ever video and isn't totally representative of their tallent. Saw Band Maid live in London last November and was blown away. They tour extensively and Just finished a load of dates in the US. Just watch them live. You won't regret it. Check out anything from the Zepp Tokyo gig or Studio Coast gig. Real Existence and Moratorium are personal favourites. đ
@Kevin Moppett I think 'Thrill' is a great, catchy song, but it's like hearing only 'Love Me Do' from the Beatles and thinking you know what they're all about. BAND-MAID are so much more than that.
Which it seems like they're about to find out. : )
I'd add 'Puzzle', 'Play' and 'Don't You Tell Me' to the list as well.
Damn, we had Band-Maid and BabyMetal touring here at the same time? That's awesome!
@Scioneer There was at least one day with BAND-MAID, BABYMETAL and Shonen Knife all in concert in the USA on the same night, but different cities.
@@rickwagner- đđ€đ€
@@rickwagner- I went to Babymetal here in KC and went to Dallas to see Band-maid in the same week! Was not disappointed. My first Japanese music experience! Loved it!
Band-Maid is the best hard rock band on the planet and I have only been listening to them since March of 2019. I flew down to Los Angeles from Sacramento to catch their two shows there. There was a guy that flew in from Australia. You need to watch/listen to more Band-Maid.
Good job releasing this on MISA's birthday (the bass player).
More BAND-MAID reactions please!
Play (live) is good, but then, pretty much all are good.
These girls kick ass and are great musicians. You should always react to them live though, I'd say react to Play next đ€
Thanks for reacting, formed in 2013 by Rhythn Guitarist and vocalist Miku Kobato. Five Major releases so far three mini albums and two full albums with another due in December this year.
The idea behind the band is the contrast between the visuals and then the sound and also the sound and the lyrics.
Members (ages between 24 to 29)
Akane Hirose ;- Drums (A-chan. the beast,Gorilla)
Saiki Atsume :- Vocals (Sai-chan)
MISA :- Bass :- (the Assasin. Misa, Misa, Misa)
Kanami Tono :- Guitars (Mincho, main songwriter)
Miku Kobato :- Rhythm Guitar, Vocals, Lyricist (Small Pigeon, wide shoulders, strong grip, Karuppo) Kobato in Japanese can be interpreted as small pigeon and Miku never met a pun she didn't like or a chance to mess with peoples heads Po!!.
Also they have a slightly twisted sense of humour, for example the single Alone was released on Valentines day, and for the last two years on April fools day they rename themselves, the bands social media as Band Maiko where they dress as apprentice geisha's and release a video of a song written in the geisha dialect with some traditional instruments in it.
Relentless live band due to having played basically anywhere they could plug in they also tend to add extra parts to the songs live , The costumes might have got their foot in the door but they have earned what they have gotten the old fashioned way, Worked hard, Toured hard, and constantly looked to improve.

A good summary and description of them :) thank you to thank them po! (not poi poi).
Finally :) Next: Dice, The non-fiction days, Alone, Daydreaming, Moratorium.... for starters.
"Dice" is definitely on the short list but "Play live" is th OG.

@@Itsafoolmoon sorry on speak/read english, my bad.
They do world tours. They just finished and are now back in Japan. I got to see them in Yokohama just this past Monday. They sound amazing live.
The Maid concept is about that they serve their masters and Mistress... and those are us.. the listeners and fans. Band-Maid is one of the most interesting hardrock bands that has popped up. Their live versions from their dvd's is the best. lots of energy! Misa the bassplayer is awesome! She and Koga in the band Gacharin Spin are high energy bassplayers. So chek that band out as well. ANd when that band has the singer Fuki, they become Doll$Boxx. Start with Take My Chanse..... by the way.. there are lots av female bands that is awesome.. Lovebites, Mary's Blood for an examples
Jesus man, I know every one of those bands and you kind of confused me...lol. That was a shotgun blast of info at the end of your post
Miku worked in a maid café and wanted to start a band, she thought it would be cool if they all dressed as maids while playing heavy rock.
Moratorium live. Hands down best live performance!!
Please react to Play (live) next. They have a very strong lineup so if you like one, you'll pretty much love most of their songs as they are consistently great and their live versions are often better as they add quite a bit to those. Some of their best ones are
Don't you tell me
Onset (insturmental)
Moratorium
Puzzle
Freedom
Awkward
For MVs
Dice
Alone
Secret my lips
Nice reaction! Welcome aboard, Son Ken Sama. You are embarking on (along with many others) an awesome hard-rock journey with 5 incredible women. Here's my intro blurb for those who may be new to Band-Maid:
BTW - Unless you have a 2000 watt home sound system, MUST USE HEADSET, set to "Stun". ;-)
BAND-MAIDâs songs and sound beat with the heart and soul of rock nâ rollers. Their Composition, Execution, Consistency (82 songs!), Uniqueness, Charisma, Charm and, oh yeah, Cuteness factor (IMHO) position them as becoming the hard rock Beatles of our time! In other words, theyâre destine for mega-stardom. Each member's personalities are super interesting and their musicianship among the best. Their writing, arrangements and overall sound, especially guitar tones and drums, are kick-ass! Having seen them LIVE, I can honestly say their performance, sound and stage appearance is off the rails spectacular - far better than any other band Iâve heard.
Band-Maid is the only band in decades where I love nearly EVERY song theyâve done. I have over 50 favorites! "Thrill" is a great place to start. Their newer songs drive even more - Moratorium, Domination, Clang, Dice, Spirit, Turn Me On, Fate, Play, Hide-And-Seek, Secret My Lips, Puzzle, Glory, Choose Me, and on and on. But donât miss out on their powerful, beautifully written slower tunes like Daydreaming, Anemone, Endless Story and Smile... or more punky like Donât Let Me Down and Screaming⊠or funky like Bubble⊠or poppy like Start Over⊠or cultural like Band-Maiko!
Most performances should be experienced from their LIVE concerts such as ZEPP 2018, Shinkiba Studio Coast 2017 and some of the better 2019 tour Fan vids. Hereâs two great back-to-back videos taken by Vladimir Chupin of what itâs like to see Band-Maid LIVE at a super intimate venue: czcams.com/video/RxmRiWHZ3TI/video.html and czcams.com/video/__1th7ctgMo/video.html If you like Band-Maid, make sure to support / purchase some concert tickets, CD, DVD/BR & Merch, etc. bandmaid.tokyo
Like most Band-Maid songs, I like them from the get-go but really start to appreciate them after more hearings... especially after seeing them play it LIVE. I'll go back and see an older song like YOLO, Order, Shake That, Freezer, Real Existence, Non Fiction Days, Alone, etc. and realize there's no band that can consistently construct and play like Band-Maid. Check out an awesome, little known "Mega Band-Maid Mix" by DJ Ray of some of their earlier stuff: facebook.com/djrayboston/videos/1004709499579009
Band-Maid members are: (Ages are best est.).
Saiki Atsumi âIce Queen" - High Priestess mediator between the Gods (Band Members) and the masters and princesses (Fans). Lead vocals, arrangements & melodies, 25 years old & youngest. Heels or sneakers, Sai-chanâs smile melts away the persona. Her charisma and voice focus the experience.
Miku Kobato "Small Pigeon" - Rhythm guitar, vocals, lyricist, oldest at 28. Band founder, MC & PR SpokesPigeon, po. Her âMagic Spell Timeâ charm and energy ignite the room. Kurrupo! No, no, no⊠KURRUPO!!
Kanami Tono âPrincessâ - Lead guitar, keyboards, 27 years old, writes most of the material. Kanami (translates âSong Waveâ) is a possessed riff-slayer whoâs so damn adorable it hurts. The only thing you want from Mincho is more!
Akane Hirose "Gorilla" - Drums, 27 years old, band energizer & co-clown with MISA. Achiâs talents include massive consumption of noodles and bananas, of course, (even during performance!) all while revolutionizing rock drumming with relentless drive, dynamics and the kick. This âDrumRillaâ is the Party!
MISA "Assassin" - Bass, 28 year old closet goofball and off-stage band comedian. The Mysterious One literally kills it⊠every note.. barefoot⊠uniting Band-Maidâs world-class rhythm section. A slug of JB, a slight grin, and let the slappinâ begin⊠MISA! MISA! MISA!
BM needs to hire you, Rick and cmcknight1984 as their official social media reps.
@@glenkelley6799 I've written letters to B-M mgmt. (and I'll bet Rick, cmcknight1984 and others have too) about ways, IMO, to increase their fan base, and to equipment suppliers, sponsors and comments to fans because I (we) want to see the Maids as least as big as a RUSH or a Foo Fighters level band. There's just no reason why they can't achieve that in the next few years.
But there are issues causing a slowing toward that goal. I'm about to post a Reddit blurb about that soon and hope to get some ideas from people that they (B-M mgmt.) will see. But I also know they and Live Nation are probable more on top of things than we now about and may be moving at a pace that's good and healthy for the band... at least I hope they are.
@@TomClark-Futoura We can only hope, mgmt needs to step up to support their artists (for once at least). These girls deserve more exposure and YT is a great place for that today because there's almost no chance you'll hear them on top 40 radio in the US (hope they all burn in hell for ruining FM radio in the US - are you listening iHeartMedia?)
Their first ever video of a song that was written for them, and the relative lack of confidence shows. Kanami (lead guitar) gets a decent shot but what's lacking is the opportunity for MISA (bass) and Akane (drums) to strut their considerable stuff. Check out the MV of Dice and any of the professional concert recordings (Play or Moratorium are good places to begin) to get a better idea what they're capable of.
As a general rule of thumb while they're good in the studio they're reliably awesome live!
"I don't know how big this band is worldwide", well considering I saw them in NYC on their US tour that sold out in about ten minutes...
they goto uk and europe
This was their first video...they have grown in the last 5 years...they just finished a 5 concert tour of the USA on Oct. 1,....all shows were sold out and they are amazing live on stage....try Play, Puzzle, Dice, Domination, and for a more softer song Daydreaming....I've been following them for 5 years and have yet to hear a bad song from them......
Welcome to the world of the five amazing girls in BAND MAID.
They are from Japan and are in the mid twentys.
The members are.
Miku, rhytm guitar and backing vocals, band founder and writes most of the lyrics.
Saiki, lead vocal.
Akane, drums.
MISA, bass.
Kanami, lead guitar and composer of the music.
And they are even better live so i recomend doing, DONT YOU TELL ME. Live.
czcams.com/video/foqErbEw05o/video.html
Excellent!! A link!! đđ€đ€
They have a lot of good live videos.
Nice reaction guys and you've just scratched the surface. A general recommendation is to always react to the live versions, they are so much better live. They just finished a US tour in LA where they sold out all concerts, blew the doors off all the venues and left thousands begging for more and burning offerings for another US tour.
Here's a very short introduction to the band members:
Miku Kobato (ć°éł© ăăŻ) - band founder, main lyricist, rhythm guitar, backing vocals, occasional lead vocals and spokespigeon
Kanami TĆno (é äč ææłą) - lead guitar, backing vocals, main music composer
Akane Hirose (ć»ŁçŹ è) - drums, backing vocals, sequencing
Misa (ăă”, stylized as MISA) - bass, occasional assassinations
Saiki Atsumi (ćèŠ ćœ©ć§«) - main lead and occasional backing vocals
You should get plenty of suggestions, and that's great because they have a solid catalog of great songs.
I have only one request.
And that's to react to 'Secret My Lips' BEFORE reacting to the special April 1st, 2018 version 'Secret Maiko Lips'.
It's just better in that order. IMO.
Here's a link to a live one: czcams.com/video/SPgKG8MCDjA/video.html
Put your Kitsune UP!! Po!
You forgot Magic spell caster for Miku too!! I loved her live Onamajii time!!! đđ€đ€
It's also been suggested that I add "half human, half gorilla" to Akane's description. : )
@@rickwagner- True since that's how Miku refers to her!!!! lol
@@rickwagner- l saw Akane come out from behind her drums and tell Miku "l am half human" at the Echoplex. What she really is is 100% outstanding percussionist. Regards.
THE BEST METAL BAND EVER PERIOD! TOTAL DOMINANCE!
JIMMY PAGE OF ( LED ZEPPELIN ) loves this band.
He met the group back stage and asked if he could have his picture taken with
the drummer( AKANE ) she thought it was a dream ( it was not ) a rock legend
like that giving props to the girls, how awesome is that.Jimmy Page( LED
ZEPPELIN) just after seeing the band play in Tokyo in 2016. He complimented
Akane. Akane was star struck. She later said Mr Jimmy Page-san offered her much
encouragement and she promised to do her best. The talent level is off the
charts, These girls are flat out ROCK STARS. SHRED ON LADIES...
They are 5 years better than this. Thrill is still a great riff though.
Next one: Play(live)
Yes, if you like "Thrill" "play Live" will blow you the fu#k away.
Yup. Hella-good band.
Great video. I've been a big Band-Maid fan since the summer of 2015 and Thrill is the song that brought them to my attention, but they've gotten a lot better since then. For your next reaction to them, I'd recommend a live clip, especially either Take Me Higher, Play or Don't You Tell Me.
Yeah this song is old. Check out Real Existence, Domination, Play Live. Puzzle Live, Moratorium Live, Secret My Lips live, Don't You Tell Me live (with the great bass guitar interplay between Misa & Kanami), Dice, Choose Me, Alone, Bubble. Look for the live stuff off of their two Japanese concerts over the last two years for best quality. There are a ton of marginal quality live camera phone Band Maid songs out there from their overseas concerts the last couple of years
Yeah that call and repeat in Don't You Tell Me is so tasty!!! đđ€đ€
This was the first Band-Maid video l ever saw. Initially, did not do much more than spark my interest so that when Alone, the first song they released written, arranged and performed wholly by the band members appeared on my screen l watched. I watched it again and again and l began to think there might be something here and for me that turned out correct. I joined the Band-Maid Fan Club and the Tokyo website homepage. From then on it was find and digest anything available with the Band-Maid logo on it. Next came the World Domination album wherein all but two songs were wtitten, arranged and performed by Band-Maid. I also realized they were far more alt-idol than JPOP or JROK in that they put themselves together and were not the product of record industry executives. My respect for them grew. I also could not help but notice how they grew both in song writing skills but also musical ability and showmanship. Dramatic growth. Just listen to their extensive catalog of 80 or so songs in less than six years. Listen to them in the order of release and you will see what l mean. The show at the Echoplex in LA only confirmed everything l feel about this amazing group of musicians. They are the best at what they do and can only be fully appreciated after you see them on the stage. I will put it to you like this: leaving the Echoplex and walking down Sunset Blvd l was higher than when l walked in four hours earlier and l did not do any illegal or legal substances inside that venue. I am still buzzing two weeks later. Regards.
Thrill is definitely Band Maid 101 - Very Basic by their standard - Their latest stuff (which they write) is more aggressive and progressive - Right now, they are one of the premier hard-rock bands in the world - Their live performances are amazing - Better live than on video - Play, Moratorium, Dice, Domination, Alone, Real Existence, Gion-Cho, Secret My Lips. Hard to find a bad Band Maid song.
I love how EVERYONE is Skeptical towards Band Maid and by the point the Bass Solo Kicks in they are all like
I really like this Bass tone.
Love it vocal talents
Band maid is so good! I saw them a couple weeks ago in la and they were spectacular. They used to have songs written for them like this one until they joined a bigger label a few years ago, and then they started making their own music. I highly recommend checking out their live performances as well! Play, Moratorium, and Real Existence are good live ones to start out with.
It âs really only 4 days since Octber 15th, but this video is about to reach 5,000 views! This is also the power of BAND-MAID âTHRILLâ!
This might be old but from day 1, 2 years ago when I heard it, I loved it. It just has that hard rock beat from the rythm section with the guitar riffs punching out accentuating the rythm section with the lyrics starting out with attitude with " break a new gate " continuing with attitude throughout the song. It's still a personal favorite of mine.
On your screen from around 5:20 on you can clearly see Saiki (lead vocalist) with purple flower in her hair as the thumbnail for their song Real Existence MV. That was the first song I heard and definitely worth a listen.
The "Thrill" MV is 5 years old.
Band Miad- watch this >>>>>>> "Play" live czcams.com/video/YeiIju_t1D8/video.html
The concert from Zep Tokyo. They're great live, kind of like Nightwish in that they're probably better live than recorded.
Thrill really isn't one of their most popular songs. It's just one of their oldest MV. If you like the way it sounds it's good but their talent is way more than what's shown. Puzzle(live) is one to listen to if you like Saiki(lead singer)'s vocal. Clang, Play, Take me higher, Secret my lips, Choose me, Dice, Domination... the list goes on.
Miku who formed the band was working at a cafĂš and got the image of the band from it, since she wore such a costume at her Place. Not all in the band liked the look, thats why you see Misa having a more like "Ninja-look" With hers which is inspired by turkish maids i believe?
The threesome at the back are highly praised and Kobato met Kanami on internet. I believe she did some youtubish videos of herself doing guitar covers. She knew Akane who again knew Misa. Akane was once praised by Jimmy Page i believe for her drumming. Misa⊠well you havent heard all from her. Got gobsmacked first time i heard "play".
lol their most radio friendly song, try some of their LIVE stuff, pick one, they are all good,
LIVe at the Zepp Tokyo are high quality clips.
Chur from NZL.
forget everything you think u know about rock... get ready for a wild ride.... id suggest Play âŠ. live version to get you started right.... PS there are no bad Band-Maid songs.... no kidding
He's not wrong!!! They fill a 2 hour set list easily and thoroughly entertaining the entire time! And the songs live are different than the recorded because they continue to tweak them and make them better!! đ€đ€
you just saw the first video from the very best hard rock band in the world
Actually, most of their fans is from outside of Japan.
There are a lot more people outside of Japan than inside.
MISA! MISA! MISA!
Best Live Guitar Rock on the planet right now! They hold the Line!
More please!
Put your Kitsune UP!! Po!
mv for dice is a must listen-just kick ass on every level
You need to check out their songs from Tokyo Zepp LIVE. I suggest starting with 'Play!'.
Watch Dice, Domination, Play, or Onset (concert instrumental)
Dice is a Exellent song. It was my intro to the band.
MISA MISA MISA!
I want one!
The red outfits are from the "Matador of Love and Passion" single.
The black ones are the Maid in Japan ones.
-Band-Maid Sheep đđ
This was their first video and it doesn't show their true talent but they are all expert musicians and when you see them play live you can really see it. Misa the bass player is talked about all over the world. THRILL is not their most popular video its just had the most hits because its the oldest DICE is probably the most popular film clip with PLAY or TAKE ME HIGHER being the most popular live clips. There are also acoustic versions and their alter ego called BAND MAIKO but they only perform once a year on April's fool's day. Plenty of good stuff here so get on it.
Popular? Not sure about the rest of the world, but for this Canadian they're the best band I've ever heard.
I'm not exaggerating guys.
I only started hearing them about five weeks ago, and they've overtaken my previous favourites - The Beatles and Iron Maiden - in that short time.
I've ordered all six of their albums.
I listen to them every damn day.
They're my new drug, and as such, they boost my dopamine levels so much that I sometimes literally feel buzzed after listening to them for a bit. :)
Okay boys now you are getting a dose of one of the best rhythm sections playing today, Misa/bass, Arkane/drums and Kanami/guitar are outstanding. You must, like Nightwish, hear this band LIVE to fully appreciate them. Try Take Me Higher LIVE (czcams.com/video/vFyYiPDZzdw/video.html) and enjoy the bass slapping riff of Misa and the Wah-Wah pedal riff of Kanami going at it!!! Only issue with this band the riff and the songs are too short, but hey that means more songs to enjoy and there are a lot of them and no duds among them that I have heard!!!
Band-Maid is relatively big in the west as well ... for Japanese bands I'd say that X-Japan, BABYMETAL, One Ok Rock are the only bigger names (and maybe maybe a few true 'J-POP' names like maybe 'Perfume' who are more a 'dance/house' music type group ... talented for sure, but not on the level of the other bands I mentioned.)
None of that is to say that there are no other great Japanese bands, there are for sure, just in terms of western popularity I think those are the top of the heap .. personally my two favs are Band-Maid and One Ok Rock, then a few lesser known Japanese and Asian bands/entertainers (like Hua Chenyu, KZ Tandingan, Dimash, some of the less 'manufactured' South Korean POP acts that put the song ahead of 'sex-appeal')
Nice reaction! "Puzzle" "Moratorium" "Play" Live , "Alone" "Dice" MV
Lovebites is another all female band from Japan. Check out the song When Destinies Align and buckle up.
Nice reaction Guys... this 2019 summer sold out show in NY.
Your first Japanese band reation, well done glad you liked it. Just to let you know that you are now standing on the edge of a precipice, do you take the jump ?? There are a lot of good Japanese bands out there Band-Maid being one of them.
Seeing as your in to metal here are a few other bands for you, just some to start with:
Unlucky Morpheus - Black Pentagram
The Gazette - Ugly
Lovebites - Shadowmaker
Aldious - We Are
Mary's Blood - Marionette
One of their overlooked gems is a tune called Screaming. There are a couple of live versions on CZcams and they performed it at the Echoplex but, IMO, the studio release is the best version in this one case. They did things with that song on the album release that cannot be done without great difficulty live. For example the studio release triple tracks Akane's double pump bass on the album. To get that live you would need to have a drummer with four legs and three arms or two drummers or pre record the drum track which, if you did so and were just a micro second off following that drum track it would sound like crap. Short instrumental recorded tracks for other instruments like a piano intro for example are no where near as difficult to integrate into your show. For me, Akane is fast becoming one of the greatest pure drummers to ever hold drum sticks in their hands.
Play 'Play live' next đđ
Great reactions guys. Band Maid alive is better and amazing. Try to react "Puzzle", "Moratorium" or "Don't you tell me" live....
Check out their live videos they kick-ass
there are some great songs by this band. endless story. choose me. dont you tell me. daydreaming. just a few songs by bandmaid.
Band Maid's the rare gem of a group that's actually better live. Kanami and Misa can shred circles around each other, Miku's rhythm guitar playing is solid as hell and Akane's a freaking beast of a drummer.
Check out their songs "Dice" and "Domination" if you want something heavy, "Bubble" for something poppier and "Choose Me" and "Don't Tell Me" for something in between.
come on guys they kicked ass
Its all uphill from Thrill!!
Can I suggest; you guys Read the English Translation of the lyrics to Thrill?
Read the bio on the individual band girls.
The Drummer is the band leader!
More Band-Maid kuruppo!
How big are they? They just played at the huge Aftershock Festival so pretty big.
@Xenophon Sorry, but you're thinking of BABYMETAL.
BAND-MAID have never played Aftershock.
I'd love for them to get booked for some US Rock festivals, but that hasn't happened yet.
They are playing a lot of festivals in Japan such as Summer Sonic, which is helping to raise their profile.
BabyMetal was at AfterShock, not Band-Maid. I know, I live in Sac. and was there for part of the weekend :) The wife and I saw them in San Francisco last Nov. (missed the NY, Dallas, LA tour this year) and they are a legit Hard Rock band.
@@rickwagner- They come here for Aftershock, I'll have VIP tickets... and to pay for them, rent out rooms/floor in my house LOL. Discovery Park is only 15 minutes away.

Oh hell yeah Guys!! I highly recommend Don't You Tell Me live. It has a yummy call and repeat break down Between Kanami (lead guitar) and MISA (Bass) and it's a great song too!!!
And to the Anime comment, they do have a song featured on Yu-Gi-Oh last year-ish.
Btw,you're late on the whole Band-Maid train. They had gone thru their European and US concerts at June, and September, respectively.
This is like seeing Godzilla ss a young lizsrd. There's only a slight resemble to what they have become - The Greatest Proper rock and roll band of the 21st century. Next reaction suggestion = Hate? from the November 2023 Yokohama concert. Tighten your seatbelts!
Requests:
Arch Enemy -- Bloodstained Cross
Ra -- Do You Call My Name
Band-Maid -- Play (Live)
Play Band maids latest- Rinne. Also their live songs are the best
Band-Maid's 'super-power' is Miku & Konami's damned GOOD TASTE in lyric/music arrangement. Sure, 'heavier,' more 'technical' bands, play fast & hard w/something to prove, but BM's actually got something to say ;-)
MISA MISA MISA
do dont you tell me live by them
Watch the music video first!!! Then the live version. You will see how great that video is then see them step up their game big time when they play it live
@@claytoncourtney1309 Actually that is an excellent idea!! And one they're likely to be opposed to either!! đ€đ€
Check out Zepp Tokyo show, that is wild.
you guys should check out dreamcatcher. sound wise might be a little familiar since you mentioned anime but visually probably nothing you've seen before. a good starting mv to check out is 'you and I'
Give lovebites a go great all female powermetal band
Hey metals heads you think Band-Maid is OK ...go listen to Aldious and Lovebites ...J-Metal is taking us to another level ...Hell yeah! ^^
Their live stuff is much better.
Always thought Kanami had a little Angus Young dance thing going on while playing guitar in the 'Don't Let Me Down' video. czcams.com/video/0YGwUhg2XNk/video.html
Fucking kills me people still request Thrill as the starter song. This isnt 2016. So many better and representative songs on CZcams. Anything live is a safe bet. As for production videos, "the non-fiction days" is what I start new fans off with.
2 suggestions. 1. Turn it ALL THE WAY UP. 2. React to everything LIVE by BAND-MAID. Thank me later.
Someone else said it best: they are 5 years better than this. And that is saying something, because this one is better than most western contemporary hard rock. The best one, IMO, off this album is actually the other 10m view video of theirs: Real Existence. Just because I'm a drummer, and that was the song that pushed me over the edge. It was only the 3rd song I heard from them, and Akane (the drummer) just goes wild, like Keith Moon, but with the control/accuracy of Peart and the power of Bonham.
I'd recommend the live version of Play. czcams.com/video/YeiIju_t1D8/video.html
Thrill is solid, but as you listen to them you'll not find a bad song. And they all get better with every listen.
This is straight up rock these girls are now living legends I thought your reaction was off putting this song dose not belong or even sound like it's from an anime ever here of yoko kano , the seatbelts I thought not band has written for an anime twice now specifically there is a difference
If you want a videos.. many see the reaction is the " alip ba ta " video..
Music videos doesn't show their real talent. You guys should check out their live performances/concert. Believe me, you will never regret it. đ
I wish Coldplay can put up with the riff's.
J FUNK.
I like this band, but as a general rule, I would not recommend any band's very first single as a representation of their body of work.
Thrill is super basic, I would have started with Real Existence if you're already a metalhead and go directly into the live stuff. DICE and Domination are probably my 2 favorites as far as studio tracks go.
