In Japan this car was the holy grail of drifting. That engine RB26 is a 2.6 Litre Inline 6 cylinder factory turbo engine from Nissan it was in the R34 Skyline. The other great car is a Mark 4 Toyota Supra. The engine was a 3 Litre inline 6 cylinder factory turbo charged 2JZ. Both of these engines have a high level of tuning potential. From the factory they were around 400 horse power. If you spent about $50,000 to $150,000 they could become 1200 horse power beast. Toyota had the help of Yamaha for head work, exhaust manifold and intake throttle bodies which increased the desired sound a build strength. Nissan were great at race engines even in the 1980’s going to ale Mans. If you watch clips from the Fast and the furious a Toyota Supra is the Halo car, in 2 Fast to Furious the R34 Skyline is in the beginning, Tokyo Drift the third movie has the Silvia S15 in the early Japan races in the parking garage. Just go to you tube and you will see. To car enthusiasts those cars are looked at for Durability, a certain style and ability to make it go fast. I hope this helped
Will, its great and fun. But then you Also realize all the work and knowledge it requires. And all the Short cuts People talk about cant be done, you gotta do the real way. Then comes the money, its very expensive and the first few years you may fuck Up and need more repairs. But in the end, its all worth it.

mantap gd, awalnya gw emang suka banget yang namanya bidang otomotif, tapi sempat ilang semangat gara gara pandemi dan di sekolah ga bisa belajar secara maksimal tentang dunia otomotif, jadi pengetahuan tentang mobil gw bisa di bilang dikit banget, tapi tiap liat konten gd semangat gw selalu balik lagi

Fun Fact: Tokyo Drift Mona Lisa Actually had a non turbo sr20de engine not a rb26, That shot in the movie was just a spare engine sitting in the engine bay. Car never ran with that engine.
Also why did you not get a rb25 oil pan instead of cutting the rb26 pan...
