    For all the people complaining, crocodiles in the wild are 100% protected in Australia. Other great animals such as elephants, lions, tigers, wolves, bears, alligators, moose etc in Africa and North America all have hunting seasons and their numbers are certainly not increasing - these animals are only treated as having a "value" when they are dead. These crocodiles aren't stupid, these tour boats run regularly and keep the big crocs well fed for very little effort on the part of the crocodile and provide a value to the local people so they don't get shot by poachers. These crocodiles will still be going strong when the last Rhino gets slaughtered in Africa because so little value is put on a live Rhino, only a dead one.

    Stupid humans using that majestic beast as a circus show and thinking the beast is stupid. Then they want to shoot it when he calculates one of his leaps just right to cause one or more of those humans to fall in the water = the real feeding time.

    I went for a tour down this river and the biggest croc we saw was called 'aggro' who is also said to be over 20 foot. I assume dominator lives in a different section of the same river? We saw brutus in an enclosure next to a road side restaurant. Seems he was captured and taken away from the wild.

    • @3ftDeepChannel
      @3ftDeepChannel  Před 4 lety

      Not sure. This video was taken soon after Brutus "disappeared". The tour guide assumed this one (which is bigger than Brutus) pushed Brutus out of the territory.

    I think those big Crocs are very smart. They are sizing up those boats and testing the strength of the barriers. By the guide using food on a pole to amuse the people and getting the crocs to leap, their instincts is kicking in to measure how far out the water they must leap to get into the boat of flesh teasing them.

    He's a beast in nature and people want to see how amazing he is and that's OK but those boats don't look like thy are gonna protect anyone if he "really wanted" to hurt you. If anyone on that boat was on his menu then most likely they would come back injured or dead. Crocodiles/alligators aren't made to me messed with, as I said it's absolutely fine to watch one in nature but please bring a bigger boat unless you enjoy risking your life 😅
